Gravity

MythicalNatural

Gravity is pure terrain control: you slam, you pull, and you bombard with meteors and black holes. It's the cheapest Mythical fruit in the game and yet one of the most powerful: massive hitboxes, heavy damage, every move breaks Instinct, and the [V]'s hitbox can cover an entire First Sea island. The more enemies you face, the brighter it shines, and its four Admin Panel upgrades turn the [C] and [V] into endgame weapons. Just make sure your machine can handle it though - it's a visual effects festival.

How to get it

Gravity costs 2,500,000 Beli or 2,300 Robux from the Blox Fruit Dealer when it appears in the shop (check the live feed below), and it can also drop from the Dealer's gacha. A physical Gravity fruit also drops, very rarely, by defeating the Tyrant of the Skies. Once you have it, you improve it at the Mysterious Scientist via the Admin Panel in four stages: Kinetic Amplifier (200 Mastery), Kinetic Amplifier 2 (300), Dark Matter Implosion (400), and Celestial Cataclysm (500). Unlocking everything requires 500 Mastery, 19,000 Fragments, 3 Meteorite, 2 Moonstone, 15 Mystic Droplet, and 12 Radioactive Material - each quest's details are given move by move below. Three Fandom tips: for the first two upgrades, Pirate Starter Bandits and Marine Starter Trainees die very quickly; for the third, you need to hit a player's ship who is neither your ally nor on your team; for the last, low-level First Sea players count the same as anyone else.

Moveset

Base

KeyMovePreviewDescription
M1 Kinetic Streak Gravity's M1 takes three forms based on your aim, detailed below: Pull, Swipe, and Meteor. Charging takes 0.75 seconds to reach Stage 1, then 1.25 more seconds for Stage 2, and the move can only be held for 3 seconds total. Stage 1 requires the Kinetic Amplifier upgrade (200 Mastery, 1,000 Fragments, 2 Radioactive Material, 1 Mystic Droplet after killing 15 enemies with M1), Stage 2 requires Kinetic Amplifier 2 (300 Mastery, 2,000 Fragments, 4 Radioactive Material, 2 Mystic Droplet after 30 enemies) - without Stage 1 equipped, Stage 2 is useless. For Instinct, Pull and Swipe are edge-dodgeable, the Meteor variant breaks guard on direct hit but its AoE impact sometimes misses, and the same enemy can't be hit by multiple meteors at once. Watch out while farming - Swipe launches very far once fully charged. The source gives it a 1 second cooldown and 10 energy. Until 28 September 2026 it was listed as Gravitational Anomaly.
Variant 1 - AttractionTriggered by holding the key at the same spot close to the ground: you create a small gravitational vortex at your cursor, then release to pull all enemies in the hitbox toward the ground, stunning them briefly (~0.2 s). Upgraded versions (Stage 1 then 2) extend the range and stun duration (0.5 s at Stage 1, 1 s at Stage 2).
Variant 2 - SweepTriggered by sweeping side to side: you perform a hand movement that creates a large gravitational sweep (left, right, up, forward, or back). The upgraded version deals more damage, enlarges the hitbox, and increases knockback; close to the ground, a wall appears (purely visual change).
Variant 3 - MeteorTriggered by aiming from sky to ground: you drop a meteor that crashes at your cursor location, marked by a purple circle. The upgraded version summons multiple ones (4 at Stage 1, 8 at Stage 2) and deals more damage. This variant hits harder than Attraction and Sweep.

Z Singularity
Mas. 1
You create a singularity in your hand that warps space-time: it pulls and stuns enemies for about 1.5 seconds while twisting your screen like theirs, then explodes in an AoE with knockback. Charging to about 2 seconds enlarges the explosion, and the move can only be held for 10 seconds. Its range stays short and its damage is slightly below other moves - it fits best in a combo or as a counter when someone gets close. For Instinct, both the pull and explosion are edge-dodgeable, but once the enemy is caught in the stun, the guard always breaks. Fandom stats: cooldown 9, energy 50.

X Orbital Chain
Mas. 100
A gravitational orb appears just above you, collects debris, and sprays it at your cursor in light AoE damage. The launched material depends on nearby structures; if you use the [F] at the same time, your rock's material becomes ammunition. You can hold it indefinitely, but after a few seconds the debris slows and damage and stun weaken. In compensation, the final rocks have pretty strong auto-aim on release. It's an excellent farming tool - devastating stun, no recovery time, and good for grouping enemies. Its only real weakness is narrow AoE, making distant shots risky. For Instinct, it breaks guard no matter what. Fandom stats: cooldown 12.75, energy 75.

C Gravitational Prison
Mas. 200
Two versions, detailed below. The tapped version combines excellent stun, large AoE, good range, and no recovery time, making it also good for escaping - but it launches hard, angles poorly, chains badly, and can be fooled by Instinct. The held version requires the 3rd upgrade, Dark Matter Implosion (400 Mastery, 6,000 Fragments, 1 Meteorite, 6 Radioactive Material, 4 Mystic Droplet after hitting ships 20 times with Gravity abilities), plus a Gravitational Force gauge at 75%. It ignores all defense bonuses from fruits, accessories, and races except Shark V4's shield, catches everyone in the area, and drops damaging debris - it's the fruit's anti-teamer weapon, and you can move and use other moves while it's active. In exchange, you're vulnerable while charging, recovery time is long, damage gets no bonuses, trapped players are immune, and a mobile fruit like Portal or even a simple distant dash is enough to avoid it. For Instinct, the pull is dodgeable, direct contact and ticks break guard (except final ticks), and the explosion breaks it too, except sometimes when the enemy is already in the orb or at the edge. Fandom stats: cooldown 16.5, energy 90.
Short PressYou create a large orb in your hands and release it toward your cursor, pulling in enemies on its path before it explodes dealing heavy area damage. The orb is steered with your cursor.
HeldYou consume 75% of your Gravitational Force gauge to send a giant orb into the sky like a black hole, pulling in matter, debris, and anyone caught, then explode in a massive blast before debris rains on a wide radius. This move ignores all enemy armor except Shark V4 armor. Requires unlocking and equipping the 3rd upgrade (Dark Matter Implosion).

V Asteroid Crash
Mas. 300
Two versions, detailed below. The tapped version has insane range and one of the largest hitboxes in the game, sends enemies flying upward and can even act as a combo breaker if you get caught right after launching it. It's still very slow, can't be aimed at sea, and its impact point is marked by an indicator, so it's easy to dodge. The held version requires the 4th upgrade, Celestial Cataclysm (500 Mastery, 10,000 Fragments, 2 Meteorite, 2 Moonstone, 8 Mystic Droplet after shooting 20 meteors into water with M1 then beating Orbitus about 10 times or killing about 6 players with Gravity), a full gauge, and feet on the ground - otherwise the tapped version activates. It deals massive damage, gives i-frames to both teams during the cinematic, ignores all defense bonuses except Shark V4, and even hits enemies who weren't there at startup. Watch out: its cinematic lasts about 13.79 seconds, the longest in the game, and can lag low-end systems - a Flash Step, teleport, or Portal's [V] and [X] are enough to make you miss it, with heavy recovery time as punishment. For Instinct, the tapped version's explosion is very rarely dodgeable, and the held version's final impact breaks guard no matter what. Fandom stats: cooldown 30, energy 100.
Short PressYou shoot a gravitational beam into the sky that brings down a large asteroid at your cursor location, marked by a retracting purple circle, leaving a massive crater. Held without the upgrade or without a full gauge (~5 s on ground), rocks begin floating then disappear around you until release.
HeldYou spend all your Gravitational Force to trap enemies in a large purple circular zone. If it hits, a cinematic plays for you and them: the sky turns to night and you tear moon chunks and slam them on the area, creating a massive burning crater that hurts all enemies in the radius. This move ignores all armor except Shark V4. You must be on the ground and have unlocked and equipped the 4th upgrade (Celestial Cataclysm).

F Shooting Star
Mas. 50
Three uses, detailed below: three meteors on short support, ground mount, or airborne meteor on hold. While riding the orb or meteor, you can chain all other Gravity moves except holding [C] or [V] which lock you in place until release, and you're immune to water and lava. Flight cancels automatically when you lose over 20% HP in one go, and that's when the Defensive Rift passive activates, pushing and damaging nearby enemies. Its cooldown is short so you can spam it - perfect for chasing Terrorshark by flying up then spraying M1s downward, or hovering just out of mob range while your other moves keep working. It's not a good transportation method though - it's slow and very predictable. Two bugs to know: using it in water can kill you instantly (jump before launching), and getting teleported to a raid mid-flight sends you flying around the map without ever reaching the raid, entry cost wasted. For Instinct, a direct meteor hit breaks guard, but the AoE impact sometimes misses. Fandom stats: cooldown 5.25, reduced to 0.5 for the held version on activation, energy 25.
Short PressYou summon three meteorites pulled from the sky toward your cursor, with impact points marked by purple circles on solid surfaces.
Held (on ground)You gather materials around you to form a sphere of matter that you ride. On release, this orb is launched toward your cursor and deals area damage.
Held (in air)You summon three meteorites from the sky: two are shot toward your cursor (impacts marked by purple circles) and you ride the third. On release, this meteorite is launched toward your cursor, dealing slightly less damage than the ground version.

Passives

Wormhole Shift

Each use of Flash Step leaves a gravitational distortion behind you: an enemy approaching your starting point takes light damage.

Gravitational Force

With the 3rd upgrade (Mysterious Scientist), a purple gauge fills when your Gravity moves hit, and slowly empties if you deal no more damage. It changes neither damage nor range: it unlocks the held versions of C and V.

Defensive Rift

If you lose 20% HP in a row while riding your Shooting Star mount, a gravitational pulse repels and hurts nearby enemies while ejecting you backward. The F move then goes on cooldown.

What Gravity is really worth

The fruit lets you manipulate gravity around you and act on just about anything on the battlefield. It's the cheapest Mythical, but it remains one of the game's most powerful thanks to its exceptional AoE, heavy damage, and varied moveset - the [V]'s hitbox can cover an entire First Sea island.

  • In PvP, it's considered strong and frankly overpowered: lots of range, easy-to-place moves, and heavy damage, especially on the held versions of [C] and [V], the latter accompanied by a full cinematic.
  • In farming, the special M1s hit multiple times and damage correctly. Watch out though - some moves launch so far they slow down grinding.
  • In raids, with enough Mastery, you can solo almost as fast as with Buddha.
  • Its limits: moves are slow and weak in the air, so agile fruits like Light, Portal, or Lightning dodge effortlessly. It also lacks a true mobility move - the [F] is slow. Finally, like all Mythicals, it demands high Mastery - in First Sea and early Second Sea, you'll struggle to unlock everything.

Instinct: what breaks the guard

Every Gravity move can break Instinct, but not under the same conditions.

MoveWhat the Fandom says
Wormhole Shift passiveThe startup can be edge-dodged, but the explosion never breaks Instinct
Defensive Rift passiveOnly breaks Instinct if the enemy is really close to you
[M1]Pull and Swipe variants are edge-dodgeable. Meteor variant breaks Instinct on direct hit, but the AoE impact sometimes misses
[Z] SingularityThe pull and explosion are edge-dodgeable, but Instinct always breaks once the enemy is caught in the stun
[X] Orbital ChainBreaks Instinct no matter what
[C] Gravitational PrisonThe pull is dodgeable. Direct contact with the orb and its tick damage break Instinct, but the last ticks are dodgeable. The explosion breaks Instinct except sometimes when the enemy is in the orb or at the edge
[C] heldThe pull is sometimes edge-dodgeable, but the explosion always breaks Instinct if the enemy is caught in the stun or close enough. The debris falling afterward never breaks it
[V] Asteroid CrashThe explosion is very rarely edge-dodgeable. The pull doesn't deal damage
[V] heldThe opening stun doesn't deal damage, but the final impact breaks Instinct no matter what
[F] Shooting StarA meteor on direct hit breaks Instinct, but the AoE impact sometimes misses

Tips

  • To farm Mastery, aim for the held [C] under a tree - the move places closer to the ground and pulls more enemies. Then hit them with [V] and [Z] while they're stuck.
  • Dash forward during normal [C] to extend the combo with a long-range move like Sanguine Art's [C].
  • The [X] is excellent for wounding enemies and grouping them.
  • The held [F] makes you fly just high enough that mobs can't reach you, while your skills still work.
  • You can camp near water and drag players into it with the normal [C] - the damage is huge and can one-shot.
  • Fun bug: holding the [F] in the air makes you ride a scenery block instead of the usual rock. And if you use it while drowning, the rock turns black, which proves the sea floor is black.

Things to know

  • Gravity is the cheapest Mythical fruit in the game.
  • Along with Control, these are the only two fruits with different M1 variants - three each.
  • Gravity is the fruit with the most skills in the game: 20 abilities if you count [M1] clicks and their stages.
  • The Orbitus boss uses two moves very similar to the old [Z] (Gravity Push) and old [V] (Meteor Rain), with remade visuals and sounds.
  • It's among the earliest fruits to be upgradeable via the Admin Panel, along with Eagle, then Lightning, Pain, Control, and possibly Creation. It's also the first Mythical to receive upgrades, with Control being the second at Update 29.
  • It's one of eight fruits with a gauge not used for transformation, alongside Eagle, Creation, Sound, Pain, Shadow, Spirit, and Control.
  • First fruit to have a cinematic on its held [V]. Followed by Tiger with its Werewolf mutation, Control's [V], and then Empyrean's transformed [C]. Gravity's remains the longest in the game, about 13.79 seconds.
  • Gravity and Tiger are the only fruits whose cinematic displays on both teams' screens.
  • During the held [V], the sky switches to Full Moon night then back to day, regardless of the time.
  • Gravity has been reworked twice and has two moves that can't be canceled. Along with Blade and Bomb, these are the only fruits whose entire moveset has been remade twice. The concept for the second rework comes from artist @crazy_rtx.
  • When flying through a door, the rock intentionally sinks into the ground to let you pass.
  • The upgraded [C] version resembles an admin ability called Tensei.
  • On mobile, the [M1] has a dedicated button above [Z] and requires two taps to trigger, like Creation and Lightning.
  • The Fandom notes that removing the M1 Stage 2 upgrade doesn't shorten the time to reach Stage 3, and removing Stage 1 briefly plays Stage 3's animation before returning to normal. This Stage 3 is described nowhere else on the page.
  • Before Update 26, Gravity was considered one of the blandest Mythicals in the game and one of the least requested by the community.

Known bugs

  • The [F] can stop on its own if you fly at ground level and get stuck.
  • Using a move while flying can sometimes make you ragdoll.
  • Rarely, using the [F] in water kills you instantly with no explanation. It doesn't happen when jumping - avoid launching it in water.
  • If you get teleported to a raid island with the [F], you get launched all over without ever reaching the raid, and the money or fruit spent is lost.
  • After other abilities, the tapped [Z] can show an inverted-color circle that disappears in 1-2 seconds.
  • Sometimes the held [V] refuses to activate - you need to visit the Mysterious Scientist to unequip then re-equip the ability.
  • If you miss the held [V], your hands keep a glow effect until you die or disconnect, and the effect can stack.
  • Too high, around 300 meters, the [V] sometimes doesn't trigger but still goes on cooldown.
  • Before entering Draco's Race V4 rift, holding [F] and entering leaves you in flight mode for the entire trial. Flight doesn't cancel when delivering a specific object or facing rising lava.
  • Due to an oversight, Wormhole Shift overpowers the Flash Step of Draco and Human races, making these two races poorly viable with Gravity. It's even worse for Human, whose Race V4 Flash Steps are also replaced.

Combos 43

Combos from the official wiki (the fruit combined with swords, guns, fighting styles and races), sorted by effectiveness. The effectiveness (score out of 10) is estimated from the current PvP meta: fruit level, strength of the items used and stated damage. Remember to break the opponent's Instinct before starting, otherwise the combo won't land.

Skins 2

Skins change the fruit's appearance (and its transformation): purely cosmetic, no effect on damage or defense. List from the official wiki.

SkinRarityHow to get
Gravity Common Unlocked by default.
Starlight Mythical Chromatic Pulled from the Magnet Event's Summer 2026 Chromatic Box (5% per box, guaranteed on the 80th opening), sold for Robux in the Shop or obtained at 5% from the Magnet Gacha for 500 Magnet Tokens. The skin changes the entire color scheme of the fruit, and the debris thrown by [X] leaves a yellowish trail, which the default skin does not have.

Strengths and weaknesses

  • The cheapest Mythical fruit in the game, and yet one of the most powerful
  • Heavy damage and huge hitboxes on every move
  • Every move breaks Instinct
  • Excellent for farming, and reliable in PvP regardless of your stat build
  • Easy to pick up and very versatile
  • Great combo potential - the Pull and Swipe variants start or extend a chain
  • The M1's Meteor variant has great range, and Pull has excellent vertical hitbox
  • The [X] stuns heavily, leaves no recovery time, and groups enemies
  • The tapped [C] combines heavy stun, large AoE, good range, and crisis escape
  • The held [C] catches everyone in the area, is hard to escape, and wreaks havoc on teamers
  • The [V] has one of the largest hitboxes in the game and can act as a combo breaker
  • The held [V] gives i-frames to both teams and even hits enemies who arrived after activation
  • The held versions of the [C] and [V] ignore all defense bonuses from fruits, accessories, and races except Shark V4's shield
  • The [F] can be spammed, serves as a firing platform, and lets you use all other moves while flying
  • Can hit Sea Beasts
  • With enough Mastery, you can solo raids almost as fast as with Buddha
  • High trading value in the community
  • Very demanding: it can lag on low-end systems, cinematics for the [V] included
  • Weak in aerial combat
  • Unable to catch fast fruits and swords like Light, Portal, or Lightning
  • Slower startups than other PvP fruits - attacks are readable and dodgeable
  • Requires anticipation to hit a mobile player
  • Notable recovery time on multiple moves
  • High Mastery requirements, even more to unlock all four upgrades
  • The Wormhole Shift passive overpowers the Flash Step of Draco V2 and Human V4, making these races poorly viable with Gravity
  • Pull and Swipe have medium range, and Pull only works on the ground
  • Swipe launches far once fully charged, which hinders farming
  • The same enemy can't be hit by multiple M1 meteors
  • The [Z] has short range and damage below other moves
  • The [X] has a narrow AoE, and its accuracy and damage degrade if held too long
  • The [C] knockbacks heavily, angles poorly, chains difficultly, and can be fooled by Instinct
  • The held versions require a full gauge (75% for [C], 100% for [V]) and leave you vulnerable while charging
  • Held version damage gets no bonuses from fruits, accessories, or races
  • The [V] can't be aimed at sea, its impact point is marked, and a simple Flash Step is enough to dodge it
  • The [F] is slow and very predictable, and flight stops as soon as you lose over 20% of your HP

Our verdict

PvE8/10
PvP8/10

Pick Gravity if you want a versatile fruit that dominates ground combat: efficient farming, solid combos, reliable damage regardless of your build, and raids that fall almost as fast as with Buddha. Keep your feet on the ground to fight, anticipate enemy dodges, and place the held [C] under a tree to pull in maximum enemies. Avoid it if your PC lags, or if you play Draco or Human - its passive crushes their Flash Step.
