Electric Claw is the upgraded version of
Electric and one of the most mobile styles in the game: you wield neon blue claws and channel electricity into laceration and dash attacks, so much so that all its moves, M1 included, also serve as movement. High damage, very short end-lag, and a perfect [C] for opening combos make it a pillar of
Third Sea PvP, plus it's one of the five styles required for
Godhuman. It demands real learning time, and it avoids aerial combat: its moves need a surface under your feet.
How to get it
- Reach 400
Mastery on the fighting style Electric. - Find the
Previous Hero, to the left of boss
Longma, under the many arches of the
Floating Turtle (Third Sea). - Complete their quest: reach the
Mansion in under 30 seconds. Source tip: set your spawn point at the Mansion and use the Home button, or go through the
Portal fruit. - Come back to them once the quest is validated.
- Pay 3,000,000 Beli and 5,000
Fragments.
Once paid, it's yours: you can re-equip Electric Claw for free from the Previous Hero whenever you want, like all fighting style teachers. Obtaining it also unlocks the Raiton title (title #0164).
Moveset
| Key | Move | Preview | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 | Electric Slashes | Four electric claw strikes toward your cursor, each click making you advance one step. This forward movement makes AFK farming a bit tedious, but it turns M1 into a mini-dash. | |
| Z | Electric Rampage Mas. 110 |
You rapidly lacerate your target while stunning them, then dash forward in a burst of sparks that deals damage too. Holding the key prolongs the barrage, extends the dash, and increases the stun. | |
| X | Lightning Thrust Mas. 220 |
You dash toward your cursor: if you hit, you skewer the enemy like a lance before a high-damage electrical explosion that marks the ground in blue. Held for 1 second, the distance doubles without changing damage, and the game plays the sound of the old |
|
| C | Thunderclap and Flash Mas. 330 |
You charge at your target at blinding speed in six dashes, then slam them to the ground: they bounce up into the air, stunned for about 0.75 seconds. An excellent combo opener, described as lightning tearing through the air. |
Cooldown and
Energy
| Ability | Cooldown | Energy |
|---|---|---|
| [Z] Electric Rampage | 8 s | 30 |
| [X] Lightning Thrust | 11 s | 40 |
| [C] Thunderclap and Flash | 17 s | 75 |
Against Instinct
| Ability | Breaks Instinct | Dodgeable on | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| [Z] Electric Rampage | Yes | Yes | Dodgeable on the edge during lacerations, and during the dash if the hit isn't direct |
| [X] Lightning Thrust | Yes | Yes | Only breaks Instinct at the burst, and stays dodgeable if the hit isn't direct |
| [C] Thunderclap and Flash | Yes | No | Breaks Instinct no matter what |
Mastery and Progression
- 400+ Mastery on Electric Claw is one of the prerequisites for getting Godhuman.
- The style levels up fast: high damage, fast M1s, and attacks that hit multiple targets at once. Though you need Mastery first, because its M1s aren't very reliable.
Good to Know
- Against
Sea Beasts, [Z] Electric Rampage does surprisingly little damage. According to the source, only the final lacerations count as physical attacks, and they carry most of the damage. - On mobile, you can chain
Flash Step with [Z] or [C]: cast Flash Step first, then press "Use" for Thunderclap and Flash. A good way to catch an opponent off-guard. - M1s can become a movement tool: with an auto-clicker set to 1 millisecond, their small dash makes you float, just like
Dragon Talon. - If you activate the damage counter before [X] Lightning Thrust, it shows 0 damage until the explosion goes off.
- Holding [X] for a very long time, about 30 seconds, eventually cuts the electrical effects and sound, without changing anything else.
- With a weak PC or high ping, [X] can propel you very far, making it an excellent way to travel or escape. The downside is it can also send you under an island and drop you in the water during a raid.
- [C] sometimes sends the player into the sea and kills them, for unknown reasons. It can also send you under islands like
Tiki Outpost or the
Sea of Treats. - The sound of [X] Lightning Thrust is the same as
Piranhas' discharges. - Electric Claw is the only fighting style to have a visible model, like
Guns and
Swords. - With enough lag, [Z] Electric Rampage no longer teleports you.
- The style arrived with Update 15.
Strengths and weaknesses
- High damage and top-tier mobility: all moves serve as movement, M1 included
- Excellent combo potential, [C] is a fearsome opener
- Very short end-lag on the entire moveset: hard to punish
- All moves hit multiple targets at once and damage Sea Beasts
- Easy Mastery to build thanks to high damage and fast M1s
- Simple acquisition quest
- Much better with screen shake disabled in settings
- Very good for a
Buddha player: with an auto-clicker, you click extremely fast and the moveset keeps up - [Z] stuns hard when you hold it, and its cooldown is short
- [X] is easy to land and carries far
- [C] is easy to land, very fast, carries far, and aims almost by itself, like
Venom's [X] or Godhuman's [C] - [C] is the ultimate anti-air camper weapon: used in the air, it slams the opponent to the ground
- Hard to unlock: 400 Mastery on Electric, 3,000,000 Beli, 5,000 Fragments, and you need to be in Third Sea
- Real learning curve, and unreliable M1s
- Weak in the air: its moves need a surface
- The M1 dash gets in the way of AFK farming. The source's workaround: circle around your target while keeping the cursor pointed at them
- Short range on [Z], and a fast-enough opponent can punish it
- The [Z] barrage does little damage, most comes from the final hit: an enemy that escapes takes much less
- [X] launches the opponent far
- [C] becomes a handicap in sea combat if you don't have the
Shark race - On an airborne target, [C] launches them to the side instead of upward, which breaks the combo
- The pseudo auto-aim of [C] actually follows a fixed path: it doesn't always connect and requires memorizing the dashes
Our take
Level Electric to 400 and pick it up as soon as you set foot on the Floating Turtle: it's one of the best PvP styles in the game and a must-have on the path to Godhuman. Turn off screen shake, keep your feet on the ground, and practice [C]'s trajectories: that's where it all matters.
Update history
Fighting Style : Electric Claw·Released : Update 15
-
Update 30 19 septembre 2026 Adjustment
- The source clarifies how [X] Lightning Thrust behaves against Instinct: it only breaks it at the burst, and it stays dodgeable when the hit is indirect. It is not a matter of distance, unlike what the previous wording said.
