Admin Panel

Mechanic

The Admin Panel is the second method to upgrade certain Blox Fruits, after Raids. You access it by talking to the Mysterious Scientist. Five fruits are currently affected by upgrade tiers linked to your Mastery, and a sixth is already visible in the interface. Bonus: the NPC holds a completely wild observation notebook that many players re-read searching for clues about upcoming updates.

How to get it

Talk to the Mysterious Scientist to open the panel. The mechanic arrived in the game on April 17, 2025, with Update 26.

How it works

Each compatible fruit has upgrades to unlock via the panel, conditioned by your Mastery on that fruit. It's the second upgrade method introduced in the game, the first being Raids, which serve classic Awakenings.

The Admin Panel is significantly longer and more demanding than Raids, but it brings a truly immersive questline to push your fruit to the max.

Upgradeable Fruits

Five Blox Fruits currently go through the Admin Panel:

FruitMastery to unlock everything
Gravity500
Pain500
Lightning500
Eagle400
Control500

Good news if you're not there yet: some upgrades have lower Mastery requirements and unlock before the maximum. And Creation is confirmed coming soon - it already appears in the interface.

The Mysterious Scientist's Notebook: Unconfirmed Notes

The NPC keeps an observation journal, sorted into three groups. The largest batch is unconfirmed notes. It's ambient text, not gameplay information, but many players search it for clues about future updates. Here they are:

  • Classified Note: Clues suggest fruits are watching us. A fruit rolled off the desk by itself. Further study needed. Or an exorcist.
  • Field Test: Attempted to catch a Phoenix user mid-combat to study them. Inconclusive results. The net caught fire.
  • Entry #404: Dragon user spotted flying over the lab. Impossible to catch for an interview. Current plan: build a bigger net.
  • Scientific Fact: Gravity works on weekends too. Tested by jumping off cliffs. (The intern is recovering.)
  • Hypothesis: Yelling "Talon Lighter!" would increase punch power. Failed experiment, but it looked cool.
  • Research Note: Ice users won't stop skating on the ocean. The experiment to follow them by boat failed. Now searching for faster boats.
  • Experiment #872: Can you eat two Blox Fruits? Don't try.
  • Analysis: The respawn rate of fruits seems random. Conclusion: someone, somewhere is hoarding them all.
  • Weekend Study: Rumors say rare fruits appear more frequently on weekends. The protocol involves a lot of waiting. And snacks.
  • Field Note #77: Pirates duel more often on weekends. Social cohesion mechanism or pure chaos? Both.
  • Confidential: Testing if fruits grow faster when you sing to them. First results: the intern looks ridiculous. Still no fruit.
  • Observation: Buddhas take up a lot of space. Scientific suggestion: build a bigger lab... or smaller Buddhas.
  • Curiosity Journal: Attempted to awaken a fruit while sleeping. Mixed results. The subject now punches in their sleep.
  • Theory: The Fruit Dealer looks more mysterious on weekends. Same inventory, but 42% more suspicious looks.
  • Scientific Memo: Gravity users allegedly create craters during PvP combat. Reminder: avoid standing still during "tests".
  • Lab Tip: Swords infused with Aura seem to cut through just about anything. Avoid testing on lab walls.
  • Lab Discovery: Blade users are officially immune to swords. Next test: cannonballs. For science.
  • Warning: Sand users constantly transform lab floors into beaches. Not covered by maritime insurance.
  • Observation Journal: Pirates caught staring at the sky waiting for falling fruits. No confirmed cases yet... but we're monitoring.
  • Journal Entry: Attempted to bottle the fire of a Flame user. Conclusion: we now have a new hole in the lab wall. Not recommended.
  • Fact #209: Sea Beasts have territorial behavior. Study interrupted when the last intern got eaten.
  • Observation: Stormy weather seems to increase Sea Beast activity. Maybe they just like dramatic entrances.
  • Analysis #199: Creation users continue to keep their magic secrets. Discreet observation attempt, results... unfavorable.
  • Weekend Hypothesis: Rare fruits would appear more when nobody's looking. We need more volunteers to "look away". Maybe a cover for those hoarding fruits.

The Confirmed Notes

Two notes are classified as confirmed, and one of them mentions a mysterious Tiger user:

  • Observation #345: Lightning users are always immune to electrocution. We plugged one into a generator. The generator exploded. The user smiled.
  • File #999: Attempted to analyze transformations of a Tiger user. First attempt failed when the subject climbed a tree. Second attempt still pending.

Ongoing Projects

  • Research Observation: Spirit users create friends from nothing. Considering asking them to summon other lab assistants.
  • Current Theory: Players spinning the fruit wheel at 3 AM supposedly have better odds. Awaiting peer-validated data (and sleep).
  • Secret File: Someone attempted to combine Dough and Ice fruits. Result: cold pastries. Delicious but unstable.
  • Restricted Note: A Venom user offered their "help" for experiments. All lab equipment is melting. Mistakes were made.
  • Experiment: We tried giving a Blox Fruit to a Terrorshark. Results: unavailable. (The Terrorshark swam away very fast.)

Did you know

  • Developers created the Admin Panel to completely revitalize aging fruits, rather than "slap an eye-catching Awakening on an outdated kit" (The Blox Bulletin #002).
  • The Admin Panel interface resembles the real admin panel that only game admins can use.
  • Many players think the Mysterious Scientist's observations and projects are disguised hints about upcoming updates. Nothing confirms this yet.
  • The wiki source page is marked as incomplete: the exact detail of each upgrade tier isn't included yet.
