How to get it

Unlock it from Arowe (V3 quest). Usable only when you play the Cyborg race. Quick activation: [T] on PC, up arrow on the D-Pad on console.

How it works

• Boosts your defense by 30% for the entire duration.
• Creates a zone of lightning around you that deals damage per tick to enemies within range.
• Damage depends on your level: 0 at the start, +0.65 every 10 levels (example: level 2,000 = 130.0 damage per tick; level 1,680 = 109.2).
• Lasts 6 seconds for 34 damage ticks, with a 30-second cooldown.

Good to know

Combined with Flash Step, you can teleport right next to an opponent and drown them in ticks. And by pressing [T] every 30 seconds, the zone can farm enemies almost automatically.

   • Energy Core was revamped.

2. Update 17.2 vers 2022 Adjustment ▾

   • Energy Core was reworked.
   • Old: Defense increases to 80% against any attack. After 1.5 seconds, releases an explosion equal to 40% of absorbed damage + 7.5% of the user's max Health.
   • New: Boosts the player's defense by 30% and also creates an AoE lightning effect around the player that does tick damage to enemies within its range.

3. Update 15 10 septembre 2021 Adjustment ▾

   • Energy Core was buffed.
   • Reduced explosion's release time from 2.5 to 1.5 seconds.
   • Increased stun and defense.
