Inventory and Items Overhaul
- No longer need to talk to inventory
NPCs to change items: a menu button is enough. - All items finally receive proper descriptions and statistics (the Fandom incorrectly credits this work).
- Two new item types arrive:
Permanent Fruits and
Stats Refund: they are stored in your inventory and can be traded between players, exactly like the
Dark Blade and other Robux items.
Materials: they are used to upgrade and craft certain items.
Weapon Enhancement
- Weapons are enhanced at the Blacksmith: their base stats increase and modifier slots are unlocked.
- To upgrade them, you must loot materials (the "valuables") from enemies, bosses, map spawns, etc.
New Item Categories
- Treasures: everything that is consumable or of great value (fruits,
Game Passes, scrolls, Stat Refunds...). - Valuables: what is used to upgrade your weapons, to trigger certain map events, etc.
Titles
- Titles are displayed above your character, no longer just in chat.
- Titles without color can unlock pastel tints. Special colors remain reserved for rare titles.
Immersion
- Most animations and effects are remade.
- Better ocean rendering and ship physics revised.
- Addition of footstep sounds.
- Improved atmosphere in
First Sea and
Second Sea.
Race Awakenings (first version)
Race Awakenings arrive, in a still preliminary version.
- Your Awakening gauge fills during combat.
- Once full, you trigger an awakening specific to your race.
- The announced benefits:
- Since awakenings only give offensive bonuses, long fights end faster.
- All awakenings prevent the opponent from escaping: it's fight or die.
- Teaming becomes less problematic, since it's the player in difficulty who triggers their awakening first.
Note from the source: in this version, race V4 is not obtainable by any means.
