Confetti - Blox Fruits Material

Confetti was the event currency of the 10B Visits Event, classified as Mythical and available for a limited time. You obtained it by talking to NPCs wearing a Party Hat and opening chests in the Third Sea, with a limit of 100 per hour. You could then exchange it at the Party Shop for the Party Hat, Blox Fruits in stock, and other rewards. The event has ended - Confetti is no longer obtainable.

How to get it

Two sources, both closed since the end of the event:

Talk to NPCs wearing a Party Hat: 1 to 5 Confetti per NPC.
Open chests in the Third Sea: 1 to 3 Confetti per chest.

Collection was capped at 100 Confetti per hour.

What it was used for

During the 10B Visits Event, you could exchange your Confetti at the Party Shop for:

the Party Hat, an exclusive limited-time accessory;
Blox Fruits in stock, randomly selected and auto-equipped;
other rewards that the Fandom doesn't detail.

Key Numbers

Chest quality doesn't matter. Diamond, gold, or silver - the chest always gives 1 to 3 Confetti at random.
The theoretical maximum was 16,800 Confetti if you maintained the pace of 100 per hour 24/7 for a week (24 x 7 = 168 hours, x 100 = 16,800).
However, the game caps it at 1,000 Confetti per player. The source itself notes this contradiction: the theoretical maximum doesn't match the actual achievable maximum, with the internal limit being much lower.
The Party Shop for Confetti is part of the rotating stock shops, just like the Valentine's Day shop.
