Café

How to get it

The Café stands in the Kingdom of Rose, in the Second Sea. Access is free and it's a Safe Zone - take the opportunity to set your Home Point there via the Set Home Point NPC. Its music is Rule of Rose - Backbiting, the same ambiance as the Mansion in the Third Sea.

Trading in the Second Sea

• The Café houses the only two trading tables in the entire Second Sea, one on each side of the building.
• If you want to trade a fruit in this sea, you have nowhere else to go.

Bartilo's Quest

• Bartilo gives the Colosseum Quest starting at level 850. Below that, he just shouts "THE COLOSSEUM IS IN PERIL!!!".
• This quest is not optional: without it, you cannot upgrade your race to V2, and you cannot talk to the Manager.

The Secret Basement and Sealed Room

• A hidden basement leads to the Chess plateau, the Awakenings Expert, and the Titles Specialist.
• There was also a room called Wenlocktoad's, or King Toad's House, which housed the Awakenings Expert. It has been sealed since Update 15 by a door marked "CLASSIFIED". Before that, it was an open and clean room, with money in suitcases.
• You can still enter it by passing through the wall with Flash Step. Some players leave fruits there, others hide there.
• During Update 28, a cavity in the barrel rows to the right of the Chess table led to mygame43's bunker: two photos of him, tables with books, a map, a punching bag, and a couch. The room was removed at the end of the Halloween event.

Easter Eggs and Trivia

• On one side of each trading table's base is engraved "Chad is the king of blox fruits", and in the top left corner "it exists".
• Another inscription is hidden under the right trading table when viewed from the entrance.
• Four paintings adorn the walls, but two have been removed without explanation and are now blank.
• The Death King, reintroduced during the Ghost Event, and the Colors Specialist stayed here temporarily.
• The Café and the Mansion in the Third Sea share the same visual and audio theme.

Good to Know

• The Safe Zone has a flaw: if you climb on one of the brown stems of the interior roof framework, you exit the protected area and become attackable again.
• Be aware of a source inconsistency: the introduction lists the Blox Fruit Gacha among the NPCs the Café contains, while a note further down specifies that it is located just outside, behind the green door.
