Set Home Point - Blox Fruits NPC

Set Home Point is the Misc NPC you encounter on almost every island of the Second Sea and the Third Sea since January 16, 2019. In the First Sea it was removed in Update 30: the Middle Town teleporter replaces it. You talk to him and accept his offer, and the home button will now teleport you to him. This point also determines which sea you respawn in when you log in, so remember to move it when you change farming zones.

How to get it

He's waiting for you on nearly every island of the Second Sea and the Third Sea. All you need to do is talk to him and accept to set your spawn point there. In the First Sea, stop looking for him: since Update 30 you travel with the Middle Town teleporter.

What it changes

The home button instantly returns you to the last point you set.
This point determines which sea you arrive in when you join a game.
You can teleport even when transformed with a Beast fruit, even if your model is larger than the home point bubble.

Changing seas

Moving between seas doesn't reset your home point as long as you don't set a new one. However, once you set one in another sea, the one from the previous sea is deleted.

If you return to First Sea without a set point, you respawn based on your faction: Pirate Starter Island for a Pirate, Marine Starter Island for a Marine.

Islands without Set Home Point

The whole First Sea first: since 23 September 2026 the source says the NPC was removed from it in Update 30, replaced by the Middle Town teleporter. Its Prison page confirms the removal, but its Magma Village page still lists the NPC among the island's residents: do not count on him there until this is settled.

Elsewhere, four islands do not have this NPC: Dark Arena, Remote Island, Cave Island and Submerged Island. Sea Event islands like Mirage Island do not have him either. Jean-Luc Island, long cited, has dropped off the list.

If you want to get closer to one of them, set your point on the nearest neighboring island.

Good to know

The back and forth glitch was patched in September 2026: holding a charged move (such as the Cursed Dual Katana [Z]) at the last second of the return to your spawn point no longer loops you between your position and your spawn. Whatever your ping, it does not work anymore.
