The Mansion, also called
Don Swan's Mansion, is the sub-zone perched at the highest point of the
Kingdom of Rose, in the
Second Sea. You come there for two reasons: the code in symbols placed on a table, which is part of the
Colosseum Quest, and the door to the
Swan's Room, which only
Trevor can open for you in exchange for a sufficiently expensive
Blox Fruit.
How to get it
It is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Rose, above the
Café and directly behind it.
Alternative access: the
Portal [C] skill, by choosing the "Mansion" option from the list of destinations.
What You Find There
- Trevor, stationed next to the pool in the center of the estate: he is the one guarding access to the Swan's Room.
- The code in symbols, on a table: it is part of the Colosseum Quest.
- The Swan's Room door, opened only if you have given Trevor a sufficiently expensive Blox Fruit.
- A
Diamond chest, hidden behind the chair near the bed. - A red flower, which appears in the small garden in front of the Mansion.
- The
Thailand Ball, on a couch near the bed, and the
Brazil Cube, placed on a table.
Entering the Swan's Room
Two conditions, both mandatory:
- Be level 1000 or higher. Below that, Trevor sends you away with a "Get out of here before I kill you.", even if you have a fruit that meets the price requirement.
- Give him a Blox Fruit worth at least 1,000,000 Beli.
All Legendary and
Mythical fruits qualify. The most economical remains
Quake, which has a low value compared to other eligible fruits. To verify before giving, check the List of Blox Fruits in the
Blox Fruits Stock.
Small note: the source says "more than 1,000,000" in one place and "at least 1,000,000" in another. Take a fruit clearly above one million and you won't have to decide.
Good to Know
- A bug allowed you to pass through the pillars to reach the Café very quickly. It has been largely fixed since update 27.5.
- An invisible block lingers, for no known reason, in the staircase near the Swan's Room door.
- The Mansion can be found on the last island of the Spider Raid, but destroyed and half-submerged. The Factory also appears, destroyed, on the 3rd island of the raid.
- Music of the place: Manor of the Ghostly Spooks.
