Update 15, nicknamed 
Third Sea, is the update that opened the third sea of 
Blox Fruits. It pushes the maximum level from 1525 to 2000, adds seven new Blox Fruits, the awakenings of 
Magma and 
Buddha, and above all fruit storage with trading between players. It also introduces 
Electric Claw, five swords and the 
Serpent Bow.
How to get it
Released on September 11, 2021. The Fandom presents it as an update almost entirely dedicated to adding the Third Sea.

Fruit storage and trading
The big part of the update, in two parts.
Treasure Storage - Only one copy of each fruit can be stored there, but an unlimited number of 
Game Passes - The capacity increases with the item [+1 Treasure Cap], obtained in Robux or through trading with another player - Treasure Storage is a chest NPC, present in certain places on the map, exactly like the Weapon Storage
Fruit Trading - You can trade your stored fruits for other fruits or for Game Passes - To trade a Game Pass, you must first buy it as a gift for yourself - Game Passes are stored with fruits in the new Treasure Storage menu - Maximum 4 fruits or Game Passes per side in an exchange. Example given by the Fandom:

Other additions
Observation V2 (Instinct V2): you see your opponent's level and item bar, plus a few other advantages
Server Browser: a server browser to find never-joined matches, with filters by Total Bounty, region and server name. The Fandom specifies that the function was later completely removed, without official reason, probably due to the difficulty of moderating these servers
Friendly 1v1s: a friendly duel arena added in Third Sea, which avoids losing bounty when dying. It could arrive in other seas later- Fast Spawn event: on weekends, fruits appear every 45 minutes instead of one hour
- Youtuber Rewards V2: new YouTubers added to the list
- Improved swimming mechanic
Balancing
String V2: auto-aim added on [C], damage reduced by approximately 5%- Dragon: fury gauge charges a bit faster
- Buddha V1: instead of increasing HP based on your Blox Fruit stat, the transformation now increases defense by 40%
Cyborg: 
Energy Core explodes 1 second earlier, stuns more and resists better. The appearance of V1 and V3 accessories was also modified- Dark Blade: less recovery time after [Z]
Pole V2: it is a bit more difficult to break Observation with [Z]
Bug fixes
- Fixed the pencil head bug
- Fixed a crew system bug that caused actions to fail or not save
- Fixed an automatic translation bug in notifications and dialogues
Inventory no longer sometimes displays wrong items- Improved verification on failed purchases
- Enhanced security against several exploits
- A few optimizations: the game runs a bit faster than before
