Dragon Breath is a very affordable combat style: 1,500
Fragments, no Beli required. Good hitbox, attacks that hit multiple enemies at once, and brief stun make it a solid PvE tool, but it locks your character in place and its heavy knockback works against it. In practice, you mainly buy it as a stepping stone toward
Superhuman and
Dragon Talon.
How to get it
Learned from
Sabi for 1,500 Fragments (Second and
Third Sea), no
Mastery prerequisite or Beli required. Unlocks the Dragonborn title. Its Mastery then serves as a stepping stone: 300+ required for Superhuman, 400+ to upgrade to Dragon Talon (Third Sea).
Moveset
| Key | Move | Preview | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 | Fiery Fists | Three punches followed by a dash ending in a two-handed strike with a red trail. Be careful with the fourth click that moves you forward: it can interfere with your farming positioning. | |
| Z | Dragon Rush Mas. 100 |
You perform two flaming dashes with a pause between them to change direction; if they connect, you strike the enemy as you pass through. If both dashes hit the same target, the second dash's damage is divided by 10. | |
| X | Dragon Flames Mas. 200 |
You project two fire dragons from your fists that spiral in front of you, dealing damage and knockback. Good hitbox, capable of hitting multiple enemies at once. | |
| C | Dragon Explosion Mas. 300 |
You drive your fists into the ground and trigger an explosion with a very wide radius that leaves flaming rocks embedded in the ground. In PvP, few opponents stay in the flames: full damage is nearly impossible to land. |
Strengths and weaknesses
- Very affordable: 1,500 Fragments, zero Beli
- Good range and excellent hitbox for its price
- All moves can hit multiple enemies at once
- Brief stun and good combo starter
- All moves lock you in place
- Heavy knockback: not well-suited for farming
- Slow and short-range: disadvantaged against ranged weapons
- Very poor in PvP
Our take
Buy it early: it's one of the four styles to level to 300 for Superhuman, and the required path (Mastery 400) to Dragon Talon. Don't rely on it in duels.
