The Party Hat is a Mythical accessory entirely focused on progression: +10% Experience, +10% Mastery, +400 Energy and +400 Health. Zero damage, zero resistance, but alongside the 50b Party Hat it's the only accessory in the game to boost both levels and mastery. A true farming accelerator, now unobtainable since the end of the Confetti event.

How to get it

It was purchased with 750 Confetti at the Party Shop during the 10 billion visits event, with Update 17.3. The event has been over for a long time: it is no longer obtainable today.

What It Actually Does

Its value comes from the dual progression bonus: +10% Experience and +10% Mastery. It's a rare combination that saves time both for levels and for mastering your fruits and weapons.

The +400 Health and +400 Energy provide comfortable farming, but the accessory adds no damage or resistance: in PvP, you clearly have better options to wear on your head.

Note: the 50b Party Hat, though a separate accessory, gives exactly the same bonuses. If you have either one, there's nothing to gain by seeking the other.

Good to Know

  • Its in-game description: "For a real celebration! It's glued to your head while worn."
  • It's the second Mythical accessory added to the game, after the Dark Coat.
  • Its description changed with Update 21. The old one explicitly announced the bonus: "A rare hat celebrating the enormous milestone of 10 billion visits! Gives bonus exp when equipped." The new one doesn't mention it anymore, but the bonus itself is still there.
  • The Romantic Bouquet also gives an EXP bonus, but without affecting mastery: on this specific point, the Party Hat and 50b Party Hat remain the only two.

Strengths and weaknesses

  • +10% Experience and +10% Mastery - a combination that almost no other accessory offers.
  • +400 Health and +400 Energy - that's hefty for a simple hat.
  • Compatible with any build: it requires no fruit, style, or specific level.
  • No longer obtainable: the Confetti event for 10 billion visits is over.
  • No offensive or defensive bonus, so it's of no interest in PvP.
  • The 50b Party Hat gives exactly the same bonuses: owning both brings nothing.

Our take

A pure leveling accessory: XP and Mastery boosted, to wear while farming if you were lucky enough to get it.
