The "Stock" refers to the selection of fruits currently for sale at the 
Blox Fruit Dealer. This selection rotates regularly - a fruit unavailable today may return in the next rotation. It's one of the most-followed pages in the community, to know what to buy with your Beli before the shop changes.
How to get it
Talk to the Blox Fruit Dealer in-game - their shop displays the fruits in the current stock, purchasable until the next rotation.
How It Works
The dealer never sells all fruits at the same time - only a limited selection is available at any given moment, then the stock rotates and other fruits take their place. If the fruit you're targeting isn't available, you have two options: wait for the next rotation by checking the shop again, or try your luck another way (spawns, trades...). The "Stock" page maintained by the community is meant to track the current selection without having to log in.
