He stands in front of the Workshop house in Fountain City, on the peninsula at the edge of the rampart. His quest is taken from the Freezeburg Quest Giver.

Appearance

Robotic left arm, blue vest, yellow shirt, black pants, and snow-white spiky hair. He wears blue safety glasses and iron rivets on his face. His primary attack method is the Rocket fruit.

Air Strike	He sends five rockets at you in a straight line	Chain left and right dashes, Instinct helps, and rocks provide good cover. He uses it when you keep your distance
Rocket Crash	He jumps in the air and crashes to the ground	Stay at distance
Rising Fart Strike	He propels himself into the air and creates a huge cloud of green gas, with the sound to match. It deals damage and breaks Instinct	Move away, it has short range. He mostly uses it when you're in close combat

How to Beat Him

• Move constantly and keep your distance to dodge his shots
• Get high: the mill and the house roof are high enough to protect you from everything except Air Strike. On the mill, spam Air Jump to avoid falling when he uses it
• Buddha is recommended: it lets you take two hits with only 1,000 health, and makes all other advice unnecessary. Take a Fighting Style or fast sword as M1, an auto-clicker helps a lot
• Fruits with long range or projectiles are excellent, Eagle especially thanks to its shot M1s, stuns, and combos
• Strike hard and fast: after about 10 seconds without taking damage, he regenerates, and if you die you respawn very far from his area
• Creation can help, but the source advises against relying on it
• Aim for at least 2000 health and 2000 energy: you can run out of both during the fight
• Avoid moves that lock you in place or stun you yourself, like Ice's [V]: it's an invitation to Air Strike
• Get behind big rocks when he uses Air Strike, projectiles have less of a chance to hit you
• From a rock, you can cheese him with sword or M1. Be careful, the same trick on the Sky Warlord doesn't protect you from his ranged moves
• Farming his quest by switching servers is only worth it with an effective fruit. With the right fruit and a level close to 700, it becomes a good way to prepare for the start of Second Sea

Did You Know

• An NPC Cyborg also exists in Second Sea, at the back of the Factory. That version keeps the old model, the one from before Update 26
• It's one of the bosses that use a reworked Blox Fruit, after Chef, if you put aside raid bosses
• His quest gives the largest EXP reward in all of First Sea, with 10,000,000 EXP
