Gas Knight is a dungeon raid boss level 4000, with 1,160,000 HP in Normal mode. He waits for you on the 15th floor: he's the final boss in Easy, but in Hard and Challenge he's just a step before
Zero. He fights using Gas fruit abilities, transforms during combat, and heals himself if he absorbs gas from the room's conduits. He's one of the hardest dungeon bosses in the game.
How to get it
No summoning or materials: he appears on his own on the 15th floor of the dungeon. In Easy mode, he closes out the run; in Hard and Challenge, Zero has the final say.
His attacks
| Ability | What it does | How to counter |
|---|---|---|
| Normal attacks | He pressures you with continuous M1s throughout the fight. | Stay out of range and play with |
| Bursting Vapor | He charges a giant bubble around himself, then releases a massive zone of vapor that deals heavy damage. When transformed, he briefly climbs onto the | Stay out of range, keep Instinct active. The beam from his transformed version can't be evaded and deals extreme damage if you're on the ground: land your damage while staying in the air. |
| Smog Demons | He charges a red reticle on the ground, then sends several phantom smoke demons at you. When transformed, the attack deals much more damage with a significantly larger hitbox. | Stay out of range: if they hit you, they break your Instinct. |
| Vapor Re-construction | Around 30% HP, he starts absorbing gas leaking from conduits scattered around the room. If you let him do this long enough, he recovers all his health. | Destroy the conduits as quickly as possible. You need attacks with destructible physics, unless you're right next to the conduit: at close range, any attack that deals damage will break it. |
| Traveling Gas | Only in transformed form: he aligns with a red reticle, then charges straight ahead while hitting you with a sword slash. | Stay out of range. Good news: this attack doesn't break Instinct. |
The room and its conduits
Conduits scattered throughout the room regularly release gas toward Gas Knight. They're not just scenery: they fuel his healing phase. Destroy them as soon as you spot them, even before he drops to 30% HP.
Tips to remember
- If your group outputs enough damage in a short time before his transformation, you can kill him without ever facing his gaseous form.
- He's one of the hardest dungeon bosses: very high damage, and his transformation disrupts players using a
Power Meter. - Despite his name, he looks nothing like a knight. He's a classic Roblox "Headless" avatar without a head thanks to the Headless Horseman bundle, with messy black hair, a solid gray shirt, black jeans, and light blue sneakers.
Our take
A technical dungeon boss where the absolute priority is to destroy the gas conduits, or risk watching him recover all his health.
