How to get it

Island of the First Sea (Lv. 625-700), right after Upper Skylands. You arrive there by boat; a Boat Dealer and a Set Home Point are located there to make it your base before heading to the Second Sea.

What it looks like

The landmark is the massive central fountain, whose water flows down toward the island. The land slopes down to a large arched seawall surrounding the island, and many small rivers flow away from the fountain into the ocean through granite arches in the wall. The rest is houses, trees, and grass wherever the ground is not paved. The Cyborg is found in the island's workshop.

The source states that the whole island was reworked in Update 30 (Sea 1 Rework), without rewriting this description: the broad strokes (fountain, seawall) still hold, the details may have moved.

Since 24 September 2026 the source finally publishes an aerial plan of the reworked island. The town is laid out in concentric rings around the central fountain, and the canals run from that centre across each ring before reaching the ocean.

The Freezeburg Quest Giver's quests

The source writes the first two EXP values with a misplaced dot ("7.500,000" and "8.500,000"): read 7,500,000 and 8,500,000.

The island's secrets (Update 30)

Update 30 hid three secrets at Fountain City. Here is the essential, under their official names:

• Pipe Repairs: head to the largest, central fountain and hit the pipes with M1s to realign them, fixing the water pressure. Once all the pipes are aligned, a boat is ready to be launched: hop on the driver seat and get blasted off the top of the fountain into the sea.

• Sewer Gang: stay on the island and wait for the chat to announce "The light of a full moon peaks through the clouds.": that is the cue. A full moon is not required, but it guarantees the spawn of the secret, which may also appear at other times (the source settled its own dispute during the night of 21 to 22 September 2026): if you want it for sure, wait for a full moon. A platform covered with grey-ish wooden planks (the source said crates until 27 September 2026) sits to the left of the Freezeburg Quest Giver (the Island Secrets page put it on the right until 15 October 2026, both pages have agreed since). Lift it and a manhole is revealed. You do not have to rush it at night: once the quest has appeared, you can complete it in broad daylight, after the full moon ends. The source adds that the platform can be lifted about every 15 minutes. Go down, defeat the enemies in each room and break down the wall to move on to the next. In the third and final room waits a boss you must kill.

• Awakened Cyborg: when the boss awakens, the chat announces "The junkyard has been magnetized by lightning...". On the ground around the Cyborg, the wires are damaged: repair them using any attack, and the boss sequence starts. The cable sections to fix light up, so you know which ones to target (source clarification of 17 September 2026). End message: "(your username) repaired the junkyard wires and put the Cyborg down!". Defeating an awakened boss also grants a roll at the Awakened Boss Gacha.

What it brings: 5 secret levels per secret, 15 for the island, and once all three are done, Fountain City becomes a destination of the Middle Town teleporter (inside the town's central building). If the NPC only gives you 2 levels instead of 5, keep talking to him without leaving the game: it is a known bug.

Good to know

• Farm here until Lv. 700: it's the last tier before Kingdom of Rose, the first island of the Second Sea. The source even recommends farming the Cyborg until Lv. 725 to arrive better prepared in the Second Sea.
• Galley Pirates can be farmed from Lv. 1 for a large boost in levels and Mastery.
• Fountain City is the largest island in the First Sea, and thanks to its fountain's height, it is visible from anywhere in that sea.
• A diamond chest sits at the top of the fountain.
• Like some rivers on Hydra Island, the island's water does not damage Blox Fruit users.
• Wanted Posters can be found at the docks.
• Known glitch: by dashing into one of the poles on the bridges, you can be flung into the air.
• Island soundtrack: Cottage Industry.
