Galley Captains are level 650 enemies in
Fountain City, in
First Sea. They guard the slope above the
Galley Pirates and fight with the
Cutlass, with
Aura: in other words, they damage
Elemental fruit users despite their immunity. It's the best mastery grinding spot in the First Sea, but rarely the best farming spot overall.
How to get it
You encounter them in Fountain City (First Sea), on the sloped area near the Galley Pirates. They appear in groups of 8 and respawn every 20 seconds.
What it drops
- ~500 Beli
- ~22,500 EXP

Quest and Rewards
The quest comes from the
Freezeburg Quest Giver, for level 650 enemies.

|---|---|
| 9 | |
| Beli Reward | 10,000 |
| EXP Reward | 8,500,000 |
In addition to the quest, each Galley Captain drops approximately 500 Beli and approximately 22,500 EXP.
How They Fight
Galley Captains use the Cutlass, with the old version of its [X] Air Slash move, as well as the old version of the [X] Tornado from the
Dual Katana. Most importantly, they have Aura: they can therefore damage Elemental fruit users, which cancels out the usual comfort of these fruits.
Appearance
They wear black and white clothing and pants, the Roblox Raig Face face, and the Rising Sun Samurai hat.
Should You Farm Them
- They are the best enemies in the First Sea for increasing your weapon
Mastery. - For level farming, however, the Fandom clearly advises against it: their Aura affects Elementals and they are far from the quest giver. Galley Pirates are more profitable.
- If you master your combat and don't rely on Elemental immunity, you can absolutely chain them.
Tips
- Blade or
Buddha are the best choices against them.
Light and fruits of the same type work well for grinding: the [F] Light Flight to arrive quickly, then the [X] Barrage of Light to gather them four by four towards the bridge. Keep in mind that their Aura overrides Light's Elemental immunity, which makes M1s nearly useless.
Love does very well: the V move summons a companion that attacks for you, and the F move puts you on your flamingo to fight from your mount.
