Bartilo Blox Fruits: Colosseum Quest (Café)

Bartilo is the quest NPC posted at the Café, in Second Sea. From level 850 onwards, he entrusts you with the Colosseum Quest, a quest linked to the main story. It's a mandatory passage: it opens access to the Alchemist, and thus to your race's V2. Below level 850, he gives you nothing at all.

His dialogues

Quote	When
THE COLOSSEUM IS IN PERIL!	You are below level 850.
Thank God you are here! The Swan Pirates are raiding the towns to prevent any new fighters from entering the tournament.	You are level 850 or above.
Will you help defeat 50 Swan Pirates?	If you accept, he gives you the quest to defeat 50 Swan Pirates.
Great work! Now for their leader. Find and defeat Jeremy, the Spring-Spring user!	Next step: Jeremy.
The tournament is back to normal! Go now, free the imprisoned gladiators who are jailed beneath the stadium.	Head to the Colosseum and its puzzle.
That's it! Thank you for your help.	The Colosseum Quest is complete.

Good to know

Impossible to interact with him until you reach level 850.
Once the quest is complete, he has no real direct use anymore. His interest is access to King Red Head's cell, the NPC who takes you to Third Sea after a confrontation between rip_indra and him.
This narrative continues then in Third Sea, with the Race Awakening V4 quest. That's why the Fandom ties Bartilo to the Third Sea quest, even though he stands in Second Sea.
His dialogue about Jeremy is outdated from when Blox Fruits names were doubled: he still mentions the "Spring-Spring user".
The NPC arrived with Update 8.
