Dragon Talon Sage Blox Fruits: Scrolls, enchants

The Dragon Talon Sage is the shop NPC who crafts Scrolls and enchants your weapons. He accepts swords, guns and Fishing Rods. You find him permanently at the top of a tower in Tiki Outpost (Third Sea), and he can also appear temporarily in the first two seas, at different locations depending on the servers. The character is inspired by Uzoth, admin, YouTuber and trainer of the Dragon Talon.

How to get it

Fixed location: Tiki Outpost, in Third Sea, at the top of one of the towers. Temporary and random locations in First Sea and Second Sea: Jungle, Middle Town, Kingdom of Rose, Café and Snow Mountain.

His Scroll shop

Scroll	Required Materials
Common Scroll	3 Fool's Gold, 2 Shark Tooth
Rare Scroll	2 Electric Wing, 5 Fool's Gold, 4 Shark Tooth
Legendary Scroll	5 Leviathan Scale, 3 Electric Wing, 1 Mutant Tooth, 7 Fool's Gold
Mythical Scroll	1 Leviathan Heart, 15 Leviathan Scale, 1 Terror Eyes, 20 Fool's Gold

Unlocking crafts (and the bug that blocks everything)

At first, only the Common Scroll is craftable.
After crafting it ten times, you unlock the Rare Scroll.
The following tiers, Legendary and Mythical, are supposed to unlock the same way but they are bugged: the craft button doesn't appear.

Enchanting a weapon

He enchants swords, guns and Fishing Rods.
The Common Scroll works on any weapon, even unupgraded ones.
With a higher rarity scroll on an unupgraded sword or gun, he refuses: "Your <weapon> is too weak, it would break if I enchanted it. Perhaps try upgrading it first."
Practical translation: upgrade your weapon first, otherwise you're wasting your trip.

Where to find him, island by island

Island	Exact Location
Jungle	In the perched cabin near the Gorilla King
Middle Town	On the edges, on the side that overlooks the Jungle
Kingdom of Rose	Right next to the Diamond boss
Café	Near the Blox Fruit Dealer
Snow Mountain	At the edge of the cliff
Tiki Outpost	At the top of the tower

Small inconsistency from the source to note: the Fandom's "Spawning" section places the NPC at the top of the left tower of Tiki Outpost, while its location table says the tallest tower. Both formulations coexist on the page.

Good to know

The Dragon Talon Sage is based on Uzoth, admin of the game, YouTuber and trainer of the Dragon Talon fighting style.

Update 25: he changed category, he went from Misc. NPC to Shop NPC.
His appearances in First Sea and Second Sea are limited in time and vary from server to server: if you don't see him, change server or go up to Tiki Outpost, where he's always there.
