Norp Blox Fruits: race reroll at the Café

norp was the NPC at the Café who rerolled your race randomly, long before tort. A small character sitting at a round table, he offered to write a script "in JS" that changed your race for 3,000 Fragments. He no longer exists in the game: tort took his place and provides exactly the same service.

How to get it

NPC removed from the game. At the time, he stood at a round table in the Café in the Second Sea.

What he offered

Random race reroll for 3,000 Fragments.
Possible races: Human, Angel, Shark, and Rabbit.
The draw always excluded the race you already had.
No official odds: the Fandom assumes chances were equal among the races.

His lines

Line	When
"hey sir, i will write something for you in JS that rerolls your race to a random one (only works once) if you pay me 3 000 Fragments. deal?"	You had 3,000 Fragments
"I'm busy right now."	You didn't have them

Good to know

His appearance was based on the old avatar of norperz, a game tester known for using Admin Abilities to play pranks, such as creating the Rogue-Rogue fruit.
The replacement by tort is presented as linked to when Fragments took the place of Rare Artifacts. However, the source notes that norp was already asking for Fragments and not Rare Artifacts, a wording that remains confusing since it's precisely this currency change that is given as the reason.
Contradiction between the two Fandom pages about the date: the norp page places the replacement at Update 11, while the tort page suggests that norp still held the role until Update 17.3.
