Previous Hero Blox Fruits: Electric Claw

The Previous Hero is a retired hero, sitting under one of the still-intact arches of the Colosseum, at the edge of the Floating Turtle (Third Sea). He sells the fighting style Electric Claw, but only to those who first succeed in his speed challenge: reach the Mansion in 30 seconds. He greets you with a "You seem to have potential."

How to get it

Under an intact arch of the Colosseum, next to the pineapple-shaped houses, on the edge of the Floating Turtle (Third Sea).

His challenge, step by step

1. He challenges you to reach the Mansion in less than 30 seconds.

The Previous Hero, who challenges you to reach the Mansion in 30 seconds.

If you make it in time, a message invites you to come back and see him.
If you fail, no penalty: you come back to talk to him and try again as many times as you want.
Once the challenge is validated, he agrees to sell you the Electric Claw, provided you meet his requirements.

The price of the Electric Claw

What you need	Amount
Beli	3,000,000
Fragments	5,000
Mastery on the Electric fighting style	400 minimum

If your Mastery in Electric is too low, he won't explain anything: he just answers "Nah" when you talk to him again.

How to beat the 30-second timer

The simplest method: set your Home Point to the Mansion, then press Teleport Home. You don't even need the Rabbit race.
Doing it properly: the [F] move of Light, awakened or not, the Agility of Rabbit V3, or Portal work just fine.
With two people: a friend can carry you to the Mansion with the [F] move of Love while your dialogue is still open. The source considers the trick pointless, since it's no more honest than the Home Point or the [C] of Portal.

Good to know

Failing the challenge has no consequence: you simply go back to see him and try again.
If your Electric Mastery isn't at the required level when you come back to talk to him, he just answers "Nah", without further explanation. Raise your Mastery to 400 before making the round trip.
The NPC has been in the game since Update 15.
