Plokster: stat reset for 2,500 Fragments

Plokster is the merchant NPC who refunds your Stat points. For 2,500 Fragments, he resets all the points you've distributed, and you can do it as many times as you want: no limit, no cooldown. It's a must-pass when you change your build, for example when switching from a sword main to a fruit main.

How to get it

Two locations, one per sea:

Second Sea: on the bridge between the Kingdom of Rose and the Green Zone.
Third Sea: inside the building with the blue roof at Castle on the Sea.

What he offers

Service	Price	Limit
Reset all your Stat points	2,500 Fragments	None, as many times as you want

His two lines

His line tells you right away if you can afford it:

What he says	What it means
"The weather is nice today."	You don't have 2,500 Fragments.
"I can refund your stat points if you hand over 2,500 Fragments. Deal?"	You have at least 2,500 Fragments, the reset is available.

Good to know

Dealing with Plokster for the first time unlocks the Jack of All Trades title, number 079.
The character is based on Plokster, Blox Fruits' digital artist. His Third Sea outfit is inspired by his Halloween avatar at the time he was added.
His appearance is not the same in Second Sea and Third Sea.

History: added in Update 8, his Second Sea avatar was changed in Update 24.
