Mr. Captain

How to get it

On the docks of the Green Zone (Second Sea), to the right of the bridge connecting the Kingdom of Rose to the Green Zone.

Boarding Requirements

• Be at least level 1500.
• Have completed King Red Head's quest.
• If you lack either one, he simply says "Keep it moving."
• Once King Red Head's quest is completed, he teleports you to the Third Sea.

When He Refuses to Go

• "Sorry, something came up. Can't do that right now." is a known bug. Leave the game and come back: you'll be teleported to the Third Sea instead of staying in the Second Sea.

• He also says this line when the owner of a private server has closed the Second or Third Sea, depending on which sea you're in.
• He won't teleport you as long as you're in combat under the Bounty and Honor System: wait for the timer to end.

Trivia

• The Fandom notes a narrative inconsistency: it's Mr. Captain who takes you to the Third Sea, but it's the Experienced Captain who brings you back to the Second Sea. Two different NPCs for a round trip.
• His infobox categorizes him in the Second Sea, Misc category.
