The Mysterious Man is found at the Green Zone

Obtaining the Three Katanas (Legendary Sword Dealer)

The three katanas are sold by the Legendary Sword Dealer, a rare merchant in the Second Sea who only appears at intervals and stays for only ~15 minutes each time he arrives. Each time he appears, he only sells one of his three swords (2,000,000 Beli each) and changes location from one visit to the next (Colosseum, tunnel, Green Zone, cemetery, factory...).

To find out if he is currently present or has already left, speak to the Manager (at the Cafe, in the Second Sea) once you have completed the Colosseum Quest: he will tell you the time remaining before his arrival ("I think he should be getting here soon" = less than 15 minutes; "Meh, he left not too long ago" = he just left). On an empty private server, he appears after 4h15, stays for 15 minutes, then reappears approximately every 5h15 (estimated times, at +/- 15 minutes).
