Sabi - Blox Fruits NPC (Dragon Breath)

Sabi is the NPC who teaches the fighting style Dragon Breath. He greets you with a simple "Hello." and stands high up on the small arches of the great wall of Kingdom of Rose in Second Sea. You can also find him in Third Sea at Castle on the Sea. Only one item on the menu: Dragon Breath for 1,500 Fragments, and the purchase is permanent.

How to get it

Two possible locations:

Kingdom of Rose (Second Sea), at the top of the great wall in the small arches.
Castle on the Sea (Third Sea).

Note: the source gives two different reference points for this same location at Kingdom of Rose, which should be verified on site. Its Location section places him on the second-to-last arch of the wall, on the left side when looking from the Café. Its Tips section places him exactly on the fifth small arch, looking towards boss Jeremy from the Mansion. In both cases, you're looking for the small arches at the top of the wall, on Jeremy's side.

What he sells

Dragon Breath (fighting style) for 1,500 Fragments.
The purchase is permanent. Like with all fighting style teachers, you can relearn Dragon Breath for free by talking to him again, even if you've switched to another style in the meantime.
If you don't have enough Fragments, he brushes you off with a "Go away."

What he looks like

Purple scarf, light orange jacket, blue pants and black shoes. Orange hair and a Top Hat on his head.

Good to know

Sabi has been in the game since Update 8.
The source classifies him as a "Misc." NPC, meaning miscellaneous, and gives him no quests or other items to sell.
His appearance changes depending on the sea: the page distinguishes the Sabi at Kingdom of Rose from the one at Castle on the Sea.
