rip_indra-chan

NPC

rip_indra-chan is a parody of the player rip_indra, born in the Blox Fruits Dating Simulator released for April Fools' Day. For a long time, she existed in the game only as a portrait hanging on the wall, with no real role. The Valentines Delivery gave her a true place, and during the Easter Egg Hunt her portrait became interactive through a proximity prompt titled "Admire rip_indra-chan". The Fandom classifies her as Misc. type, present in all three seas.

How to get it

Her portrait is hung in the Middle Town Café and in the Mansion (Third Sea). The Fandom attributes the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Seas to her.

From an April Fools' joke to a real NPC

  • The character first appears in the Blox Fruits Dating Simulator, the April Fools' event, and has since become a sort of running gag in the community.
  • It's a parody of rip_indra, the player, not to be confused with other entries named Indra.
  • Since that April Fools' joke, she already existed in the game, but only as a portrait (an image from the Pictures category), visible in the Middle Town Café and in the Mansion (Third Sea).
  • With the addition of the Valentines Delivery, she finally seems to be a real part of the game.
  • During the Easter Egg Hunt, the portrait gained a proximity prompt "Admire rip_indra-chan" to which the character responds with dialogue.

Her lines

The Fandom lists three lines, in the character's assumed tsundere style:

Line
"Hmph! W-who said that you could compliment me like that?"
"It's not like your words make me happy or anything... dummy".
"Ugh, you're so annoying... Leave me alone and try again in [10min]".

The third suggests a 10-minute cooldown before being able to admire her again. The Fandom does not specify whether this counter is player-specific or server-wide, nor what triggers one or the other of the first two lines.

Good to know

  • The portrait had three dialogues during the Easter Egg Hunt, which matches exactly the three lines listed above.
  • Be careful when reading the source: the introduction claims that the character had no concrete in-game existence before the Valentines Delivery, while the Trivia section recalls that she was already present as a portrait since April Fools' Day. The two statements appear to contradict each other, but align if one distinguishes between "decoration" and "playable content".
  • The Fandom assigns her no stats, drops, or quests: it's purely a wink to the community.
