Magma Village

How to get it

The island is located south of Pirate Village, in the First Sea. In the progression, it comes after the Colosseum and before Underwater City.

The Magma General (Lv. 350, 14,750 HP, respawns every 8 minutes) replaced the Magma Admiral in Update 30. He is found inside the volcano. Covered in dark armor with orange highlights, he has no legs: he is stuck in the magma, so he cannot move, but he keeps all his attacks, those of the unawakened Magma fruit (Magma Clap, Magma Fist, Magma Meteors). Possible drops: the Magma Blaster and Magma Ore.

Magma Ore can also drop from defeating enemies on the island.

The Mayor's quests

The island page still writes "Magma Admiral" in this table, but the boss page confirms the quest under the Magma General's name: same quest giver, same level, same rewards.

The island's secrets (Update 30)

Update 30 hid three secrets at Magma Village. Here is the essential, under their official names:

• Magma Nest: in the middle of the lava lake, a lava geyser can be seen. A first elemental mini-boss comes out of it: defeat it. Two more rounds follow, with one extra mini-boss each time (two, then three). Then break the geyser with any M1: a last batch of mini-bosses comes out, beat them too. The source's Island Secrets page rewrote this walkthrough on 2 October 2026; its Magma Village page still gives the old version, a single mini-boss that splits into three.

• Magma Ore Extraction: after some time spent on the island, the chat announces "A loud drilling is shaking the Magma Village.". At the back of the island, near the water, is the entrance to a mineshaft. Take the elevator: a mini-game starts, where you must avoid the light shined by the workers until the drill area, then destroy the drill at the end of the shaft and go back up with the second elevator. End message: "(your username) shut the magma drill down!". Tip from the source: enter the mine before the secret triggers and stay near the drill, so you avoid the workers patrolling the entrance.
• Awakened Magma General: when the boss awakens, the chat announces "A rumbling echoes out to the sea...". The awakening can happen every hour, but according to an addition to the island page on 16 September 2026, it only triggers if a player is on the island at that moment: stay there on the hour if you are after it. The Island Secrets page does not say so yet; it matches the Secrets Master's advice, "be standing there when it happens". To start the fight, break the five miniature lava geysers on the outside of the volcano with an M1. End message: "(your username) defeated the awakened Magma General!". Defeating an awakened boss also grants a roll at the Awakened Boss Gacha.

What it brings: 5 secret levels per secret, 15 for the island, and once all three are done, Magma Village becomes a destination of the Middle Town teleporter (inside the town's central building). If the NPC only gives you 2 levels instead of 5, keep talking to him without leaving the game: it is a known bug.

Farming tips

• Most enemies on the island have Aura: prioritize Blade, Buddha or a long-range fruit like Light. With Blade, the enemies' Aura doesn't stop your sword immunity from working; with Buddha, the reach keeps NPCs from hitting you.
• Not all Military Soldiers spawn with Aura: some appear without it.
• The old tip was to farm the Prison's Swan between levels 300 and 350 instead of Military Soldiers and Military Spies, then go straight to the boss. It no longer applies: the Swan was removed from the game in Update 30 and replaced by the Megalo Guard ("Don Megalo's Guard" on the island page, corrected on 1 October 2026), which only appears during a Prison island secret. No boss left to farm there between 300 and 350.

The volcano and the lava

• The lava river passing under the bridge, and part of the lava inside the volcano, deal damage on contact. Magma Village is in fact the first island in the game to include a surface that hurts the player.
• Magma fruit users take no damage from the lava stream. Otherwise, only the transformed forms of Mammoth, Leopard and Venom avoid the damage.
• The portion of lava hidden by the bridge also hurts the player once the bridge is destroyed and the lava exposed.

Good to know

• The Living Skeleton hides in a secret passageway of the volcano, on the left side of the island, near the fruit spawn location. He hands out the Soul Cane: according to the source's Soul Cane and Living Skeleton pages, it is given once the drill secret (Magma Ore Extraction) is done, while the island page still speaks of a 750,000 Beli sale, its pre-Update 30 price. His cave, inaccessible at the launch of Update 30, has been open again since the September 10, 2026 patch.

• Magma Village is the first island added to the game after its original release. It was reworked with Update 30 (Sea 1 Rework).
