Frozen Village

How to get it

Island of the First Sea (Lv. 90-120), just after the Desert and before the Marine Fortress. Dock at the front of the plateau; the secret cave is at the back of the island.

What the Island Looks Like

A plateau of medium height that overlooks the surrounding sea, surrounded by broken ice plates and covered in snow. A few pine trees, houses and ladders scattered here and there, a dock at the front, and a hidden cave at the back.

The Secret Cave

It's the true attraction of Frozen Village, and it concentrates three important things:

• The Ability Teacher resides there: he teaches you Flash Step, Aura and Air Jump. An essential stop, whatever your build. Since Update 30, he is first trapped in a large block of ice: breaking it is one of the island's secrets (Breaking the Ice, below).
• The Ice Admiral is there too: it's him that the Military Detective quest requires to reach the Second Sea.
• A dripping stalactite in the cave serves the Saber Expert Puzzle.

Saber Expert Puzzle

Frozen Village hosts the next stage of the Saber Expert Puzzle.

1. Fill a cup with water from the dripping stalactite in the cave.
2. Give this cup to the Sick Man, who stands inside a house on the island.
3. Then head to the Pirate Village to find the Rich Man.

Island Secrets (Update 30)

Like every island reworked by Update 30, Frozen Village hides three secrets. The Villager's Rumor dialogue option gives you the clue to the current secret.

Breaking the Ice. Go into the large cave on the island and punch the large block of ice with the Ability Teacher trapped in it. Once the ice breaks, talk to him.

Build A Snowman. After waiting a while on the island, the chat says: "It begins to snow heavily over Frozen Village...". Piles of snow appear across the island: touching one turns it into a snowball, which you can roll to make it larger. Push three of these snowballs together to build a snowman. It comes to life and speaks to you: "Whoa, I'm alive! It's been quite some time since the last time, thank you friend!".

Awakened Yeti. When the Yeti awakens, the chat shows: "A dark energy awakens...". Find and destroy the three green ice blocks emitting green curse energy: the fight against the awakened boss starts. End message: "(your username) put down the awakened Yeti!". Awakened bosses appear every hour, the Secrets Master at Middle Town tells you which one at the end of the hour (the final half hour, his entry has the details), and beating it while dealing at least 10% of its health grants a free roll at the Awakened Boss Gacha.

What you get. Each secret is worth 5 secret levels, so 15 for the island, and once all three are done, Frozen Village becomes a destination of the Middle Town teleporter, inside the central building. The full step-by-step walkthrough is on the Island Secrets page.

Good to Know

• The island's music is called The Start of Winter. It's also the former theme of the Festive Village map from the Zombie Attack game.
• Frozen Village is one of the five winter islands in the game, along with Snow Mountain, Ice Castle, the cold side of Hot and Cold, and Candy Cane Land in the Sea of Treats.
• The island has been in the game since Update 1.

   • The Yeti gains a secret awakened version; the Ability Teacher is now trapped in ice until the Breaking the Ice secret is done.
   • The Villager gets the Rumor dialogue option.
