Tide Keeper is a level 1475 boss located on a platform at the back of 
Forgotten Island (
Second Sea). Armed with ancient 
Dragon Trident techniques, he can actually summon a 
Sea Beast during combat.
How to get it
On Forgotten Island (Second Sea), on the platform behind the main part of the island. Level 1475, 107,540 HP. Respawn: 30 minutes.

How to defeat it
Stay at distance and spam long-range attacks: dash in circles to avoid Sea Dragon Fury, and never get close to the boss because of Water Dragon Prison, which traps you in a water sphere. Try to kill him before he summons his Sea Beast - it only has 20,000 HP but hits like a real Sea Beast without giving any reward. With Buddha and a maxed melee like 
Water Kung Fu or 
Sharkman Karate, you can finish him before the summon. If the Sea Beast bothers you too much, reset your character and come back - the beast despawns and Tide Keeper doesn't regenerate.

A big Bounty farm in the Second Sea whose real threat is his Sea Beast: kill him fast or use 
Buddha.
