The Great Pumpkin

Raid Boss

The Great Pumpkin is the exclusive raid boss of the Halloween Event 2026: a giant carved pumpkin, Lv. 3000 and 415,000 HP, with glowing orange eyes, fallen teeth and a top hat with a red belt. Its awakening is announced in the chat by the message "The Great Pumpkin has awoken!". The fight takes place in the Observatory, the dimension where the Unbound Werewolf was fought last year. Its Fandom page, opened on October 31, 2026, the day the event started, has described its two moves and given its first fighting tips since November 1.

How to get it

The boss does not spawn on its own: you open it at the Witch, in Middle Town, at the Café or in front of the Mansion depending on your sea.

  1. Gather 200 Pumpkin Bits and 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds. Pumpkin Bits drop from pumpkins and Jack-o-lanterns, seeds from Pumpkin Snowmen.
  2. Talk to the Witch and pick the Great Pumpkin dialogue.
  3. She brews an orange substance in a second cauldron: a portal opens to the Great Pumpkin's Observatory.
The portal leading to the boss area

Dying does not close the portal: you can go back through and resume the fight. To leave, the Observatory has its own exit portal.

The exit portal of the Observatory

The source does not say yet how long the boss stays, or whether the portal closes on a timer like the Unbound Werewolf's did in 2025.

What it drops

  • Around 1,000 Beli, plus the chests fallen across the Observatory floor
  • Candy Corn, scattered across the Observatory floor, some of them out of reach
  • The Pumpkin King Title, number 194 on the titles list
  • The Great Pumpkin profile background
  • The Great Pumpkin Top Hat, as a possible drop, not a guaranteed one: its page has listed it apart from the fixed rewards since November 1. The accessory gives +7% Fruit Damage, +10% Fruit Defense and +250 Health, according to its Fandom page opened on the evening of October 31

Its moves

Two moves, described by the Fandom page on November 1, 2026 and refined on the morning of November 4.

Flaming Pumpkin Leap: the boss jumps around the Observatory and each landing sends out a circular wave of fire that hurts any player in its path. Stay in the air and keep away from it.

Pumpkin Rain: it leaps onto its throne, turns the ground into lava, then calls down large flaming pumpkins from the sky onto players. A crosshair appears on the ground where each pumpkin is about to land, like Gravity's V. Keep moving and stay away from the crosshairs.

To kill it fast, the page recommends Dragonstorm basic attacks with Gun stats, and a mobile fruit such as Portal or Tiger to dodge.

Good to know

  • The level 3000 and the 415,000 HP come from the infobox of the Fandom page, still a stub: almost double the 215,000 HP of the 2025 Unbound Werewolf, and as much as Hellfire Gas, the other raid boss of this edition.
  • The first version of the page, during the night of November 1, called the jumps Pumpkin Shockwaves and put each shockwave at 1,000 to 3,000 damage. The midday rewrite renames them Pumpkin Smash and drops the figure. On the morning of November 4 the source renames them a third time, Flaming Pumpkin Leap, and adds the throne and the lava floor to Pumpkin Rain. How long it stays remains marked "to be added" by the source.
  • The Fandom files its release under Update 30.1, the number of its patch notes page, even though several infoboxes still say 31.
  • Three seeds are needed per summon, so at least three Pumpkin Snowmen defeated before each fight. Pumpkin Bits cap at 1,000 in your pocket.
  • No player cap: anyone can join the fight at the same time, according to a tip added to the Fandom page on the evening of November 3.

Our take

The Halloween 2026 boss: 200 Pumpkin Bits and 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds at the Witch to fight it in the Observatory. Two moves, Flaming Pumpkin Leap and Pumpkin Rain: stay in the air, keep moving, avoid the crosshairs.
