Order

Raid Boss

Order is a Level 1250 Raid Boss with 256,250 HP, locked in the secret laboratory of Hot and Cold in the Second Sea. It fights using almost all of the old moves from the Control fruit (it only lacks [V] Gamma Rush) and all of Koko's moves. It is the only boss that drops Koko and Core Brain, and it gives 3 levels per victory, making it a formidable XP raid. It disappears on its own after 7 minutes and 20 seconds if no one defeats it.

How to get it

Buy a Microchip for 1,000 Fragments from the NPC Arlthmetic, hidden at the back of the Smoke Admiral building, accessible through a secret door behind his castle. You can buy it at any time once you reach the Second Sea. Next, head to the Secret Laboratory of Hot and Cold, whose small entrance is located at the top left of the rocky peak - the volcanic one.

Launch the raid

Launching works exactly like a classic raid:

Order, the boss of the raid launched from the Hot and Cold lab.
  • The Microchip holder enters the dark blue chamber, inside the lab on the lava side of Hot and Cold
The entrance to the Hot and Cold lab, where the Microchip holder must go to launch the raid.
  • Up to 4 other players can enter the light blue chambers, and it is highly recommended
  • The chip holder presses the green button next to his chamber, with his cursor
  • The button does not respond if the player is holding an object

Everyone is then teleported to the laboratory of Hot and Cold, the door closes and the place is renamed Lab Battle during the fight.

Inside the lab, renamed Lab Battle once the raid is launched.

What it drops

  • 3 levels, or only 2 if you are Lv. 2000 or higher
  • 40,000 to 50,000 Beli
  • Zebra Cap

Its attacks

AbilityWhat it doesHow to avoid it
Control AreaUncancellable move - it creates an area where its moveset becomes usable. It only launches it if you hurt it, and closes the room immediately if you move away without touching it.Try to stun it as soon as the area drops, after approximately 55 seconds, before it puts it back in place.
LevitateIt tears a rock from the ground or a wall and throws it at you.Skycamping, Air Jump, Instinct dodges or simple distance. The projectile takes time to fall back down.
Echo KnifeIt slashes the air; if the blade touches you, it chains a barrage of slashes then ends with a heavy strike that sends you into the air.Wait for the slashes to tighten on screen then activate Instinct, the last strike is the most violent. During this move it remains locked in place and takes damage - hit it from a distance to stun it.
Injection ShotA rotating crosshair appears in front of it during the charge; upon release, a small but very fast projectile fires, with medium knockback if it hits.Given the precision and speed of the shot, only a Flash Step or a fruit teleportation (Dark V2's [F], Lightning's [F]) allows you to escape it.
TeleportIt teleports to a random location in the room or right next to a player. Short cooldown, it also uses it to escape a combo.Block it in a precise location with stuns. It is its main mobility move, and the most annoying.

Its attack pattern

Once the raid is launched, everyone is teleported to the middle of the Lab and Order appears before you. Like a classic NPC, it does not attack anyone as long as you do not approach and do not hurt it. As soon as it takes a hit, it creates its area and starts its loop:

  • It uses Koko's [X], or teleports several times in the room with very short cooldown
Order using Koko's X move, one of the steps in its attack loop.
  • It chains exactly 3 Levitates in a row
  • It teleports again, and ends near a player
  • It attempts an Echo Knife on that player
  • Whether it hits or not, it chains with Koko's [X]

The loop repeats until the area dissipates. Order then remains unable to attack for approximately 5 seconds, then recreates an area and starts over.

The Lab during the raid

  • The lab doors remain closed and the place is renamed Lab Battle
  • A participant who dies cannot return before the end of the fight
  • The music switches from Acoustic Traveler to Into Battle
  • A player who manages to glitch into the lab (Flash Step, Raid option of Portal's [C], other zone bugs) cannot inflict damage on it

Tips to defeat it

  • Activate the secret code of the Hot and Cold Raid Room before launching: you can still enter it during the raid, and since the Control Area does not cover it, you can camp there, hit from a distance or heal away from all its attacks. The game still counts you in the raid and gives you credit for the kill, unless you die during the raid you launched
  • Chain stuns to freeze it: Awakened Ice, Dark, Lightning, Pole V2
  • Or play Buddha to tank the rest, accepting its giant hitbox
  • Getting hit by Echo Knife is actually a good strategy: the move does very little damage and immobilizes Order, which leaves others to hit it freely
  • Each victory gives 3 levels, so you can theoretically level up to the max level by chaining Order raids, as long as you have Fragments
  • If you maintain an ability in the air during its Levitate, the rocks will not touch you, unless you are parallel to the ceiling pipes
  • Avoid slow fruits or those with a lot of end lag, like Magma: it spams its teleportation and dodges your attacks
  • Do not keep Instinct on permanently, many of its moves break or drain it; turn it back on after Echo Knife's slashes, which is the most painful part
  • Use Flash Step to descend quickly when it sends you into the air in Buddha
  • Hit hard during its Echo Knife: it is locked and cannot teleport; the player taking it can take advantage to activate Cyborg's V3
  • Shark Anchor's [Z] catches it even if it teleports

Things to know

  • You must inflict at least 10% of its HP to get the rewards, hence the interest of long range M1s like those of Tiger or Buddha
  • Defeating Order gives no Mastery
  • It disappears in approximately 7 minutes and 20 seconds if it is not defeated
  • It sometimes bugs and disappears, without giving any reward at all
  • It also sometimes attacks players who remained outside the lab, which can make the kill impossible for those actually doing the raid
  • Its attacks can be heard from very far away, all the way to the Cafe
  • Since a small change, it is much more passive: if you simply move away, it interrupts its loop and closes the room

Our take

The most profitable raid in the Second Sea for XP: 3 guaranteed levels per kill, with Koko and Core Brain as bonus. Just plan something to stun it, or it will spend its time teleporting.
