Lucien (Simulation Hub) - Blox Fruits

Lucien is the NPC who serves as the gateway to the Simulation Hub, the dungeon hall. He provides exactly two services: teleporting you to the Hub (and bringing you back), and telling you how much energy is left on your dungeon simulator. Teleportation is reserved for players level 1100 and above, and the energy reserve is capped at 50. Story-wise, he's also Zero's father.

How to get it

Three locations, and it's the same character each time: Hot and Cold in Second Sea, Castle on the Sea in Third Sea, and the Simulation Hub itself when you want to make the return trip. He asks for no payment, only that you be level 1100 minimum for teleportation.

His two services

The simulator's energy reserve is capped at 50. Once full, it won't increase anymore - you might as well use it.

Lore: Zero's father

Lucien was leading the Control fruit 'rework' project shown in the Update 29.0 trailer. The fruit was stolen from him by his own son, Zero. It's also at Update 29 that the Fandom traces the history of his page.
