Horned Warriors are Lv. 1125 enemies found on the cold side of
Hot and Cold, in the
Second Sea. With 10,375 HP, they have no
Aura but use the old [X] and [V] moves of Ice: fruit attacks that bypass
Elemental Reflex. They are far from the quest giver, making them a rather unrewarding farm. Be careful not to confuse them with the
Horned Man, who is an NPC.
How to get it
Go to the cold side of Hot and Cold, in the Second Sea. They are found to the right of the quest giver, near the frozen rocks. They spawn in groups of 6 and respawn every 25 seconds.

The Immunity Trap
The entry lists immunity at Lv. 1157, but it only covers their basic attacks. Their Ice attacks, on the other hand, are fruit attacks: Elemental Reflex does not protect you from them, even well above the threshold. This is the real reason why this spot is unpleasant.
Note: the Fandom is inconsistent with itself on this number. The Horned Warrior entry says 1157, while the general
Enemies page says 1159. The difference is minor and doesn't change the conclusion, but you should know anyway.
How to Handle Them
- Stay above them: their two moves are ground-based, so by gaining height you simply don't get hit.
- The Ice [V] can be dodged with
Instinct, contrary to what you might think. - With
Buddha, you can just dash around them to avoid their attacks effortlessly. - Prioritize long-range attacks if you really want to farm them.
- Use a fruit, sword, or fighting style with high mobility: they are far from the quest giver and you'll be traveling back and forth often.
- The general advice from the source remains the same: farm Lab Subordinates instead.
Good to Know
- They wear a blue outfit, a blue hat, icy blue horns, and a mask covering their mouth.
- They arrived with Update 10.
- The name is confusing: the Horned Man is an NPC on
Floating Turtle, with no relation to this enemy.
Strengths and weaknesses
- Their Ice attacks are fruit attacks: Elemental Reflex blocks nothing
- 10,375 HP, which lengthens each kill
- They are far from the Ice Quest Giver, so each quest completion costs travel time
- No Aura: your normal immunity works on their basic attacks from Lv. 1157
- Their two moves are ground-based, you just need to stay high to be safe
- The Ice [V] can be dodged with Instinct
- Buddha neutralizes them completely by dashing around them
- Lab Subordinates, right before them, offer more profitable farming at the same tier
