At Kingdom of Rose (Second Sea), around the Area 1 Quest Giver. There are 8 of them in the area and they respawn after 20 seconds.

Drops and Quest

The gap speaks for itself: eight kills give less than 200,000 EXP, while the quest accompanying them gives nearly nine million. Never farm without taking the quest first.

How to Farm Them

• With an Elemental fruit: don't start with them. Farm the Galley Pirates or the boss Cyborg first up to Lv. 716, the threshold where Elemental immunity applies to Raiders. Only then farm the Raiders up to Lv. 741 to be immune to Mercenaries.
• The Slingshot or Refined Slingshot are recommended thanks to their very short cooldown.
• The Aggro Elixir attracts enemies to the same spot: combine it with Buddha to clear everything at once, which makes up for their spread-out locations.

Things to Know

• They are the first enemies of the Second Sea.
• Their old Combat [Z] is hard to dodge without Instinct until your immunity is active: hence the advice to level up to Lv. 716 elsewhere.
• Appearance-wise: red and black clothing, red ribbon on the chest, brown hair, and the Roblox "Dont Wake Me Up" face.
