Shafi - NPC Blox Fruits (Sanguine Art)

Shafi is the NPC who teaches the fighting style Sanguine Art at Tiki Outpost in Third Sea. He will only speak to you seriously if you already have a Leviathan Heart in your inventory - otherwise he dismisses you with "You lack a cold heart...". The character is a nod to ShafiDev, a developer of Blox Fruits.

How to get it

At Tiki Outpost (Third Sea), in a base connected by a tunnel, just next to the Island Boys. There is no minimum level or Mastery required on another style to talk to him - it's the Leviathan Heart that serves as the entry ticket.

How to buy Sanguine Art from him

1. Get a Leviathan Heart and keep it in your inventory. Without it, Shafi will only respond "You lack a cold heart." and the conversation ends there.
