Submarine Worker - Blox Fruits NPC

The Submarine Worker is the NPC who takes you by submarine to the Submerged Island, starting from Tiki Outpost (Third Sea). He only opens the door once you've defeated the Tyrant of the Skies: as long as the island remains in the bandits' hands, he claims he can't refuel. Once you arrive at the Submerged Island, he also serves as a paid taxi to other islands.

How to get it

Behind the submarine at Tiki Outpost, near the Sun-kissed Warriors and just below the Tyrant of the Skies' spawn point.

What he offers

The journey to the Submerged Island, but only if you've defeated the Tyrant of the Skies. You can refuse and come back later - the offer remains available.
Teleportations to other islands, at a fixed price, when you interact with him from the Submerged Island. This is what allows you to leave.

His dialogues

Situation	What he says to you
You've defeated the Tyrant of the Skies	"Eh...? You like what I've done with this thing? Your help cleaning up the trouble on this island has earned you our trust. I'd be happy to give you a ride to our homeland down below. Want to take a ride?"
You refuse the journey	"That's a shame. Come back anytime and I'll take you."
You haven't defeated the Tyrant of the Skies	"Thanks.. Maybe if the island weren't occupied by so many bandits, I'd be able to acquire enough fuel to leave this place."

Good to know

Known bug: some players are simply unable to interact with him. The source suggests it's a game code error, not a missing condition on your end.
History: the NPC was released with Update 24, but the source specifies that his teleportation to the Submerged Island was only added in Update 27.0.
