Arena Trainer

NPC

The Arena Trainer is an NPC on Hydra Island (Third Sea) who offers to train you against the Training Dummy. It's the only quest in the game that rewards Fragments.

How to get it

Below the Hydra statue, on the opposite side from the Hydra Leader boss spawn.

What it offers

  • A training quest against the Training Dummy, available every hour
  • Warning: killing the Training Dummy while on the quest puts it on cooldown, and killing it without accepting the quest rewards nothing
