It is found at the Prison, in the First Sea. There are five, respawning every 12 seconds.

It slots between the Dangerous Prisoner (level 210) and the Warden.

What it looks like

A black and white striped prisoner shirt with several black straps and buckles, red trousers, sturdy black boots, black hair. And above all a white hockey mask with holes, which makes them recognisable at a glance.

The quest and what it drops

The quest is taken from the Head Jailer, at level 225: you need 8 of them.

The enemy is level 220, the quest unlocks at level 225: this is not a mistake, the source flags it itself, and its Quests page, repaired on 21 September 2026, also gives 225. Since 6 October 2026 the quest box on the enemy's page says 220, like the Head Jailer page, while the note on that same page still says 225. If you are level 220, try to take it anyway. This page keeps 225 until the source agrees with itself.

The in-game name

For several weeks after Update 30 they showed up in game under the name "Dangerous Prisoner", even though they are Ruthless Prisoners of level 220, distinct from the level 210 Dangerous Prisoners. According to the source page, this bug is now fixed (noted on 16 October 2026).

If you still see "Dangerous Prisoners" at the Prison hitting harder than expected, that's them: trust the level 220 rather than the name.

   • Quest level: the enemy page's quest box went from 225 to 220 on 6 October 2026 (like the Head Jailer page), but the note on that same page and the Quests page still say 225. This page keeps 225, says so, and suggests trying from 220.

   • Displayed name: on 16 October 2026 the source page says the bug that showed them as "Dangerous Prisoner" is fixed. The page now tells the old name in the past tense.
