Uzoth Blox Fruits: Learn Dragon Talon

Uzoth is the Third Sea NPC who teaches and upgrades Dragon Talon, the V2 of Dragon Breath. He greets you with a thunderous "It is I, the legendary Uzoth! What's up?" from the mountains of Hydra Island, in front of the Dragon Dojo. Learning costs Fire Essence, Beli, and Fragments; upgrading the three moves costs Blaze Embers. He is the first Fighting Style NPC to have been moved, and the first able to upgrade a V2 style.

How to get it

In front of the Dragon Dojo, on Hydra Island (Third Sea), in the middle of the mountains. He was previously inside a giant gear at Haunted Castle.

Learning Dragon Talon

You need to meet the following four conditions:

Condition	Detail
Fire Essence	Obtained from Death King
400 Mastery	On Dragon Breath
3,000,000 Beli	Paid to Uzoth
5,000 Fragments	Paid to Uzoth

If you don't give him the Fire Essence, he simply replies: "Set your heart ablaze." If you give it to him but don't have 400 Mastery on Dragon Breath, he says: "Thanks for the fire essence, but I cannot teach you anything yet!"

Upgrading Dragon Talon's moves

Once the style is learned, Uzoth can boost each of his three moves. First, you need:

500 Mastery on Dragon Talon
the Dojo Belt (Blue), obtained by completing the Dojo Trainer's fifth quest

Then 22 Blaze Embers total, distributed as follows:

Move	Cost
[Z] Talon Lighter	5 Blaze Embers
[X] Ember Annihilation	7 Blaze Embers
[C] Infernal Vortex	10 Blaze Embers

Tips and Traps

You can give him the Fire Essence first and buy Dragon Talon later: the message "Used <Fire Essence> successfully." appears and the dialogue continues. This progress is saved even if you disconnect and reconnect.
Even without 3,000,000 Beli or 5,000 Fragments, you can already give him the Fire Essence and buy the style afterwards, without needing to get another one.
Once Dragon Talon is purchased, you can relearn it without giving another Fire Essence.
You don't need to have Dragon Breath equipped to give him the Fire Essence.
