The Rare Scroll is the intermediate enchantment scroll, between the
Common Scroll and the
Legendary Scroll. At the
Dragon Talon Sage, it applies 5 Enchantment Levels and can rarely grant 1 Unique Enchantment. Stacks up to 30.
How to get it
Craft unlocked after crafting 10 Common Scrolls. It is then crafted at the Dragon Talon Sage with
Electric Wing, Fool's Gold, and
Shark Tooth. Can also drop from a
Sunken Chest Diamond (blue).
Usage
Enchants a weapon via the Dragon Talon Sage: 5 guaranteed Enchantment Levels, with a small chance to obtain 1 Unique Enchantment.
