Life Leech (also called lifesteal) is a mechanic that heals you when you deal damage to players and enemies. It exists only on a handful of abilities and items, mainly related to the
Ghoul race, certain weapons, and enchantments.
How It Works
Each Life Leech source converts a portion of damage dealt into healing, with higher percentages against players than against enemies. Known sources: - Ghoul V2's passive: 25% on players, 5% on enemies (fighting style attacks only). - Ghoul V4 Blood Siphon gears. -
Ghoul Mask: 10% on players, 2.5% on enemies (fighting style only). -
Sanguine Art [Z]. -
Shadow [C]. -
Refined Slingshot [Z]. -
Skull Guitar [X]. - The Werewolf mutation: life leech passive tied to its transformation (added by the source on 16 September 2026, no percentage given). - Vampiric enchantment and the cursed Curse of the Reaper enchantment. -
Trinket modifiers Vampiric (+2% Life Leech) and Sanguine (+4%), both against enemies only (figures from the Trinkets page).
Not to be confused with Life Leech: the shield gained from the
Shark race's
Leviathan's Armor gear, or from the Overflow card in dungeons, relies on a separate gauge from health and has a fixed capacity.
