The Big Head Elixir is a Common potion to throw, released for the Halloween Event 2025 and arrived with Update 28. Its in-game description says it all: it makes your head swell spectacularly, enough to catch attention wherever you go. No combat effect, no bonus: it's a purely cosmetic and funny object. Since the event is over, it's no longer available.

How to get it

Only during the Halloween Event 2025, by crafting it with the Witch. The event is over, so the potion is no longer obtainable.

What the potion does

You throw it, and all players in range see their head swell until it becomes comically enormous. It affects everyone in the area, not just you.

No practical use: no damage, no bonus, no penalty. Fandom is straightforward about it, it only serves to troll.

Two interactions to know

With Buddha: the potion only enlarges your head. Accessories, on the other hand, keep their normal size, which gives a pretty strange look.
With Beast fruits: drink the potion then transform, and your character exceeds the usual transformation size. The example given by the source is a Buddha user who becomes larger than the portal outside the Mansion (Third Sea).
