The Ancient Relic is a puzzle item from the First Sea. It's one of three elements you need to complete the Saber puzzle, along with the Cup and the Torch. Its role is precise: it opens, once and for all, the door to the Saber Expert boss room.

How to get it

There are two steps. First, bring a filled Cup to the Sick Man. Next, visit the Rich Man and accept his quest - defeat the Mob Leader on Jean-Luc Island, and he'll give you the relic.

Where to Insert It

Head to the stone platform where the Blox Fruit Gacha NPC stands. Just beside the stairs, you'll find a relic-shaped hole - that's where it goes.

Once the relic is inserted, the Saber Expert door opens permanently.

Good to Know

  • The item is called Ancient Relic when the Rich Man gives it to you, but it displays as Relic once you have it.
  • The Rich Man can still give you the relic even after you've opened the room and obtained the Saber.
  • The other two puzzle pieces are the Cup and the Torch.
