- The Lei shines above all in combination. With Buddha, you stack damage reduction and faster regeneration.
- It pairs very well with healing abilities:
Phoenix's [X], 
Angel's 
Heavenly Blood, and it stacks with 
Ghoul to speed regeneration up even more. - In PvE, it lets you chain enemy waves without going back to a healing spot.
Good to know
- It is the accessory that gives the most health regeneration in the game.
- It is one of the few accessories with a single bonus, along with the
Swordsman Hat and the 
Tomoe Ring. - It is also one of only two necklaces in the game, with the
Shark Tooth Necklace. - In game description: "A necklace made of Lei flowers, which boosts the wearer's regeneration."

Strengths and weaknesses
- Excellent for survival: you get your health back and keep fighting
- Best health regeneration of any accessory in the game
- Stacks with
Buddha, Ghoul, Phoenix's [X] and Angel's Heavenly Blood
- Brings nothing besides health regeneration
- Poorly suited to PvP: regeneration is usually blocked while you use your moves
- The healing speed is nothing fast: a lifesteal item like the
Ghoul Mask heals much quicker
