High chance to drop when defeating an Elite Pirate (Third Sea). Can be annoying to farm on public servers - Elite Pirates there are often auto-farmed by cheaters.

Where it stands against the other accessories

• Health bonus: second best in the game, tied with the Kitsune Mask, the T-Rex Skull and Uzoth's Cloak. Only the Leviathan Shield does better, with 1,000 Health.
• Speed bonus: second best in the game as well, tied with the Bandanna and the Dojo Belt (Black). Only the Pilot Helmet does better.
• That double podium is why so many players see it as the best accessory, all categories taken together.

When to wear it

The source explicitly recommended it for bounty hunting (a note dropped on 18 September 2026 for a summary calling it "still the best PvP accessory", for every build except fruit), and the logic holds: the +10% damage covers Melee, Swords and Guns (the source does not mention Blox Fruits), the +80% speed lets you catch a target that runs away or break off when things go wrong, and the +750 Health gets you through one more combo. For regular farming, it stays excellent for exactly the same reasons.

Good to know

• Its in game description is one sentence: "It certainly makes the wearer look cool."
• According to the source navigation box, the black version belongs to a family of Hunter Capes that also includes a green one and a red one.
• It arrived with Update 15.
