Head Jailer - NPC Blox Fruits

The Head Jailer is a quest NPC at the Prison, in the First Sea. He stands beside the area where the Ruthless Prisoners spawn. He follows the Jail Keeper and comes before the Colosseum Quest Giver in your progression.

Where to find it

Found: Prison (First Sea).

His two quests

Target	Level required	Beli	EXP
Ruthless Prisoners (8 to defeat)	225	8,000	900,000
Warden	230	10,000	1,000,000

His quests were rewritten in Update 30. He used to offer quests on Swan and the Chief Warden: both bosses were removed from the game, and their quests with them.

These numbers have been confirmed since 21 September: the source's Quests page, malformed for the Prison until then, was repaired and gives exactly the same ones. The Warden page was aligned with these numbers on 28 September 2026, after showing 6,000 Beli and 850,000 EXP until then, its pre-Update 30 rewards: the Warden took over the level, the rewards and the sword of the former Chief Warden. And the Ruthless Prisoners' 225 really is the quest level, the enemy itself being level 220, a gap the source points out itself.
