Bisento is THE big legendary sword of the First Sea: fast moves and one of the biggest bursts a sword can pull off, capable of rivaling popular swords from the Second and Third Sea. Excellent choice for PvP if you know how to aim and anticipate.

How to get it

Buy Bisento for 1,000,000 Beli from the Master Sword Dealer on the fourth island of Skylands (First Sea). You must be at least level 250.

Z Wind Breaker

 You raise your Bisento then slam it to the ground, releasing a powerful shockwave with moderate damage. Very similar to Dark Blade's equivalent move.
X Quake Sphere

 You plant the tip of the handle into the ground to create a short-range area shockwave.

 You slam your Bisento to the ground and release 3 energy blades that deal good damage.
X Quake Sphere

 You form a white sphere at the end of Bisento then launch it: it draws in nearby enemies with minimal damage, then expands and deals good damage.

Version 2

Keep Bisento in your inventory then defeat Greybeard at Marine Fortress: a message alerts you that something strange has happened to your weapon. The appearance and names of the moves don't change, but their animations differ and the damage increases.

Strengths and weaknesses

  • Enormous damage for a First Sea sword, big burst
  • Both moves deal area damage: perfect for farming
  • Very fast [Z] + [X] combo
  • Low Mastery requirements (50/150)
  • Excellent against Sea Beasts and ships in Ship Raids
  • No stun: easy to dodge with Instinct
  • Ground moves with slow projectiles, weak in the air
  • Slow M1
  • V2 is very hard to obtain below level 700 (Greybeard)

The best sword purchase in the First Sea, by far: it remains competitive into the Third Sea. Farm a million Beli, get it, and go grab V2 from Greybeard as soon as your level allows.
