The Shark Tooth Necklace is a Rare accessory designed for Sea Events: +50% run speed and +25% damage against Sea Events. It crafts easily at the Shark Hunter in Tiki Outpost, and it's one of only two accessories in the game that boost damage against sea creatures. Its in-game description plays the authenticity card: "This necklace is traditionally made from the teeth of sharks. Real, and genuine!"

How to get it

It crafts at the Shark Hunter, in Tiki Outpost (Third Sea), for:

Two materials that drop from hunting sea creatures: the necklace is thus paid for with what it later serves to fight.

Equipment bonuses

  • +50% Movement Speed
  • +25% Damage on Sea Events

Good to know

  • Along with the Leviathan Crown, it's one of only two accessories in the game that increase damage against Sea Events.
  • It's also one of only two "necklaces" in the game, the other being the Lei.
  • Added with update 20. At update 29.2, it lost its dash distance bonus: the +50% run speed, however, remained.

Strengths and weaknesses

  • +50% run speed, a bonus that works everywhere, not just at sea
  • +25% damage against Sea Events: only two accessories offer this bonus, the other being the Leviathan Crown
  • Simple and inexpensive craft: 1 Mutant Tooth and 5 Shark Tooth are all you need
  • The damage bonus only applies to Sea Events, it's useless elsewhere
  • No contribution to health or defense
  • Its dash distance bonus was removed at update 29.2
