Thunder God (NPC): the removed Pole 2nd Form shop

Thunder God was the merchant of Mini Sky Island, a small floating platform that you reached by completing a Rumble raid. He only sold one thing: the Pole (2nd Form), for 5,000 Fragments and strict conditions on Rumble. Since Update 27, the method for obtaining the Pole (2nd Form) changed and Rumble raids were removed: the NPC therefore has no more use, even if you meet all the old conditions. The Fandom today classifies it among the game's deleted content.

How to get it

On Mini Sky Island. Back then, you reached it by completing a Rumble raid. The island is still reachable by flying very high above the Kingdom of Rose, but the purchase no longer works. Note that the Fandom contradicts itself a bit on its position: its infobox places it at "2/3", and its text mentions both the Kingdom of Rose in Second Sea and a point very far from all islands in Third Sea.

Have Rumble fully Awakened and equipped.
At least 250 Mastery on Rumble.
At least 180 Mastery on the Pole (1st Form).

Why it's no longer useful

Update 27 changed the way to obtain the Pole (2nd Form) and completely removed Rumble raids. Result: even if you meet all three conditions above, the purchase is impossible. Thunder God remains visible on his island, but is now just an empty shell.

Mini Sky Island

It does exist outside of raids, exactly like the Awakening Room. The Light flight move allows you to reach it, but it's perched very high: expect about five minutes of climbing.

The door next to Thunder God teleported to the Church of Prophecy, in other words the Awakening Room.
If you loaded into a game very quickly, for example right after completing a raid, you could see the shadow of its island in the sky.

Good to know

Thunder God was the second NPC to appear after a successful Rumble raid; the first was the Mysterious Entity.
Its design is nearly identical to that of the boss Thunder God, with one exception: the NPC version has hair.
The Fandom lists it both among Sword Dealers and among elements removed from the game.
