Sea Exploration Group - Blox Fruits

The Sea Exploration Group is a feature from Update 20 that appears only when you're near a boat: it shows how many players are on the same boat, including you. It's mainly used to check if you have enough players to hunt the Leviathan.

How It Works

The Sea Exploration Group mainly serves three purposes: - Interact with the Frozen Watcher to summon the Leviathan, which requires a group of 5 or more players. - Increase the chances of Sea Events appearing: the more players on the boat, the more events appear (and the damage of certain events also increases with the number of players). - Share event completion: if piranhas appear and only one player defeats them, the event counts as completed for everyone who remains within the group's range, even if they're on cooldown.

Tips

To reduce your cooldown, team up with other cooldown players and complete Sea Events together: take the pilot role and let them finish the event. The pilot doesn't receive event items if they're driving continuously, but they're still counted as having completed it as long as they stay on the boat.
If you're piloting, avoid moving away from players mid-fight against a Sea Event: this is what guarantees you stay counted in the Sea Exploration Group.
